Pebble mewed and rubbed up against Nezza's belly before going back to Jeremy's lap where she curled up and watched Nezzera with her little kitten eyes.

Nezzera watched her owl as it continued to watch the kitten. "I'd keep her away from him until she's a bit bigger."

"It's not like I'm going to bring her to the owlery," Jeremy said, petting his cat again.

"He's a sweetheart really," Nezzera said, putting her hand next the the cage so the bird could rub his head against it. "If you're not smaller then he is. I'm actually scared about him interacting with the smaller owls.."

"I know I will but..." Nezzera stopped talking for a moment to think "I think that the other owls will figure out just not to mess with him. He's pretty intimidating." She kept her hand up as her owl continued to rup against her hand.

Jeremy stayed quiet for almost twenty minutes before he spoke again. "What house do you want to be in?"

Nezzera was surprised by the sudden conversation. She thought for a moment before speaking. "Well. My family has been either Ravenclaw or Slytherin... I don't really want to be either because of that... And I don't think I could handle Gryffindor."
