"Francis might vie for it, but Joan is better than him and he knows it, he has no leg to stand on. Mercy doesn't do well on teams period but the way the team has always been set up she doesn't have to deal with the others at all except in very special circumstances. Her trying to snag leader would force her into the thick of them and she's happy where she is, why would she fight to fuck up her good thing? They'l work together fine."
