"She has a limit as to how far she can go from her body without another body. I'm not sure how far it is, but I know she wouldn't be able to get to the ship from the ground. And our ground facility has manned and unmanned security around it. Hypothetically I suppose she could jump from person to person to person on the ground and eventually get to me, but the first person she left would raise an alarm once she left him."
