Raven glanced at Gifted. "I don't know, it was your idea... I feel bad leaving Sar... And what if Skylar hurts Katrina?" She spoke quietly enough that only Gifted (and Seamus) could hear.

'If only I could talk to her,' Seamus thought, thinking about Rave. 'That would take too much power and if I need to fight Skyler...' Then an idea hit He wouldn't hurt anything with the chance of curing...his creator. I mean, I could have the damn cure and he'd protect me, and he wants me murdered. If you can get this Raven girl to lead you out of here I'll keep Skyler distracted and I'll keep the pregnant chick from any harm, can you get her to trust you on that?

The forest one is twisty, but I know everything about it. It normally leads to a meadow, but I don't actually know where it might come out if everything's so messed up."

I followed at a swift pace, knowing better then to break into a run but desperately wanting to. I glanced back from time to time to make sure Skyler nor Sar noticed us leave, but was mostly focused on getting out as quickly as possible.

Raven led the way down a long tunnel. She passed a few turnoffs, and the tunnel turned several times, but she remained confident. Before long, they emerged into the forest.

"Skyler?" I said allowed, as I noticed my friends were no longer in the room. Skyler seemed to be on the same train of thought but he gave me a thought They probably just left for fresh air, we'll be here when they get back. Don't worry, we have a healer now. So then you can search too.
