"Look, let's just go see if we can find something. It won't take long, we'd just need to locate a mage's guild, or find an apothecary. There are plenty of healers all over the place, I'm sure. The great thing about this place is that gifteds don't have to hide here," Raven said.

[Gifted]

"You remember we're travelling with Joan, right?" I mutter to Raven. "Let's not make it more tempting to her than it already is to come back, mmkay? Keep your facts to yourself, she's got like another year or two before she's one of the good gifteds."
Joan did look intrigued. At your words she was looking around at the people who they passed, wondering which of them she could come back to capture and boost her numbers. She tried to pass it off as simple curiosity, as if she'd never heard of gifteds being able to live together with normals without fear before.

[Raven]

Raven winced. "I guess we'll have to keep her busy."
Finally, Ryan spoke again, "I know someone you can see. Other than Scarlet, I mean."

[Sar]

I wouldn't test it, Seamus warned He's a man of many obnoxious talents.

Skyler still couldn't trust the girl but tried not to eye her anymore, if he got to suspicious the creator would not react well. 'I could always try to make a connection,' He thought but he knew that would take to much time and energy, even at this short distance. 'Why did he get that half,' He had always held that against his creator, the halves being so different.

[Gifted]

It was funny the first time. I replied. "Who?" I asked, interjecting myself into the conversation.

[Raven]

"Katrina," Ryan said. "She's... a friend of mine. I'll bring her, if you'll wait here."
Raven sighed, very glad Ryan had chosen to mention her, but not wanting to breech such a sensitive topic on her own.

[Gifted]

I remembered Katrina, and nodded, because it would be weird not too, but how in the heck were they supposed to separate from Sar and Skyler without the ready-made excuse of going to find a healer?

[Sar]

You know, Seamus spoke to Gifted softly, I could always make a...commotion of sorts. Be a distraction and I'll rejoin you once you get a distance away. You'll just have to cover that pretty little contract of ours so the glow won't be obvious,

Do you think that's... wise? I mean, aren't you the only thing stopping him from messing with my head? If you leave, even just for a little while... I don't know if I'd be terribly comfortable crossing him knowing he can get in my head at any second I replied grimly.
((If Ravens coming with me, I'm gonna end up needing a distraction. If not, I'm willing to make a scene when I leave XD))

I believe that if I am in the picture, picking your brain would be the least of his problems. Seamus said to her, ideas already racing through his head from what he was going to do.

I'd really rather you didn't hurt Raven or sar, either. Or kill Joan. It's not Joan's time to die for at least another four years. I told him.

[Raven]

Raven agreed and Ryan ran off to fetch Katrina. Before long, he returned, a very pregnant woman with long brown hair and green eyes trailing behind him.

[Sar]

Stay here, Skyler thought to me and I followed his directions, him knowing better. "I'm thankful to see you here," Skyler said allowed to the pregnant woman, walking up respectfully and offering his hand for her to shake. "I was told you know how to heal?"

We better get this moving, Seamus thought to gifted, noticing Sar was no longer being protected. Tell me what powers for the new people I'll have to watch out for. Any detail I need, quickly. I don't want to lose our chance

Katrina nodded. "I do," she said.

[Gifted]

NOW? Dude, we're in an enclosed space and I don't know my way around. Remember what Raven said about this place being a death trap? What happens if I run down the wrong path and get skewered? I know these people enough to know their traps won't pull any punches. Going without Raven as a guide would be suicide and anyway I insist on getting her answer before I leave. I snapped, getting panicky in his sudden haste.
I looked at Raven nervously. This would be a terrible time to pester her about coming, but I wanted to do something productive to at least show Seamus I was taking this seriously.
"So what're we gonna do when we get out of here?" I muttered to her.
