Each time, Raven would sit at the edge of where he could still hold a conversation and attempt to explain the situation, offering to help find food, or in any other way he could.

Raven led him back to the cave where Ryan was, showing him inside. Ryan was leaning against the wall of the cave and didn't open his eyes when they entered.

Ryan's eyes flicked open when they drew nearer, and he glanced at Raven, who nodded. Ryan didn't respond, due to his jaw being broken. "Yeah, he took the worst of it," Raven agreed.

The cleric quickly healed up the damage to Ryans face. "So young to be running afoul of royalty already." He smiled a bit grimly and shook his head. "Good for you kids. I hope things go better for you."

Ryan rubbed his jaw. "Well, you helping was a turn of luck," Raven said pleasantly. "I'll go start hunting. Just so you know, there are two girls with us as well, they were out looking for help too, so they might come back soon."
