"What are you most excited to learn?" Nisha asked

[Gifted]

Tang was just excited about being formally taught. The structure would be new to her. "I kind of just want to see how I stack up against other people in our year." She added. She was fairly certain she had to be one of the better fighters. She had the real world experience none of the rest of them had, after all. But really, everything she was excited about getting here, it was beginning to look like she'd already found. Now if only that Sangria woman wouldn't fuck it up.
"Oh, that'll be so cool!" Opal agreed. "I wanna learn all about the Grimm! Know your enemy, right? There's got to be way more types than they showed us in elementary."

[Raven]

"I want to learn more techniques," xanthene said.
"There are Grimm they didn't teach us about," nisha agreed softly

[Gifted]

"I think it'll be cool no matter what classes we have." Opal said.
"Eh, I dunno, I don't want to take like, history or something." Tang grumbled.

[Raven]

"I'm sure they know what they're doing. They'll teach us what we need to know," nisha said

[Raven]

As dinner was wrapping up, one of the older students approached them, a warm smile on his face. He was good looking, and seemed friendly and open. He was dressed in dark blue, black, and silver. "Hey, I'm Roy, I'm one of the seniors here at Beacon." His eyes locked on each of them one at a time as he talked. "I like to help out, so if any of you need any help, you're welcome to ask."

[Gifted]

Fuchsia looked back at the good looking older boy. "Oh, thanks a lot." She grinned brightly.
Gri was unsettled by this man. She stared back defiantly and didn't speak until Fuchsia elbowed her. "Gri, don't be rude."
"Thank you." She finally said, her voice cool

[Raven]

Roy met her eyes, looking somewhat bewildered. Albion seemed confused as well. "Yeah, thank you..."
Roy nodded. "My pleasure. Beacon deserves the best of the best."

[Gifted]

"Yeah absolutely, I agree. We'll be sure to ask you if we got any questions." Fuchsia agreed.

[Raven]

Roy glanced at Gri one last time. "I think you four will make a powerful team. I'll see you around."
"What was that about?" Albion asked Gri.

[Gifted]

"I don't trust him." Gri murmured.
Fuchsia scoffed. "You don't trust anyone." Gri didn't object to the statement.

[Raven]

"What could he do? Give us the wrong answer on a homework assignment? Send us in the wrong direction when we're lost?" Albion asked, shaking his head

[Gifted]

"He just didn't seem right." Gri murmured.
"You're paranoid, Gri. You just need to chill and leave it alone." Fuchsia told her.

[Raven]

"maybe," Roux said. "He might be hoping to flirt, but I'm sure there's nothing more to it..."

[Gifted]

Gri didn't answer.
Fuchsia looked like she didn't mind in the slightest if the cute senior was flirting. "You're thinking too much, Gri. You're going to fry that little brain of yours. Just don't be a spazz." She began eating.
