Violet shuddered, and Nikola looked around the area. She shook her head. "I don't have any idea. It definitely looks like there was a fight here, but there are no signs as to the type of Pokemon they are. The attacks they use never leave a trace on the surroundings. I was hoping with a higher level they might."

"Um well duh, it's a psychic type, of course you can't see it's attacks, not unless you can sense psychic residue." Demetra said scornfully. "If youre looking for signs of a psychic pokemons presence you're SOL unless you're psychic yourself... although... I wonder if there're devices to help people who aren't psychics find psychic residue, that'd be helpful..."

Demetra nodded and turned around to follow. "Well, I can't do a whole hell of a lot until this egg hatches." Once the litwick had left it, she'd held the egg under her coat, hoping to keep it warm through body heat.

Demetra was shocked. "I... it's not like I don't have a place, I'm sure I've mentioned at least once I'm staying in a hotel room..." She said hastily, caught off guard by the sudden offer. That would save her a ton of money to be able to check out now, and was significantly helpful in the long run but why? Was it just to make her more indebted to her? What could she possibly want from a faulty psychic that she would bother with something like that?

Nikola entered the Pokemon center and delivered her message to nurse joy. Then she turned to Demetra again. "Are we going to need potions or pokeballs or anything before we go?" Even if the answer was no, Nikola would still probably buy pokeballs.
