Ben turned when there was more of a fuss made about seeing someone, looking around to see if he could spot whoever it was. His fingers buzzed slightly with a charge.

Desmond looked around the tree and saw that the group was just beginning to press forwards. "damn... if i stay itll just look like im an enemy, meh what's the worst they can do? punch me?" he mutters to himself and he walks out of the shadow of the tree and stands in view of the group and he wipes the blood from his cheek. "Hey.. sorry I dont want any trouble"
