Eric had fallen asleep leaning on Liz, so neither Chaze sibling noticed when the train slowed to a crawl. He yawned when he heard his name, and stood up to grab Liz and his' trunks. He pulled them off the luggage rail thing, carefully handing Moriarty's cage to Liz.
"Kinda," the little girl replied, nodding at Astin. Moriarty squealed happily.

"Put Mao back in her cage, Lynn," Ryan said, pulling down O.W.L.'s cage and setting it on the seat. "Astin, can you take your trunk and O.W.L's cage?" Astin nodded, taking Ryan's pet.
Lynn did as she was told and took Mao's cage, pulling their trunks out of the compartment. Ryan carried his and Lynn's trunks off the train, while Astin struggled with his.

Eric carried two trunks off, right behind Ryan, holding his and Lizabeth's. "I swear she put rocks in this," he grumbled.
Liz noticed Astin struggling with his trunk. "Would you like some help?" she asked softly.

"If you wouldn't mind," Astin replied. He wasn't much taller than Liz.
Ryan laughed. "You mean to say hers weighs more than yours?" he asked.

Liz nodded. She grabbed one handle of Astin's trunk, and motioned for him to grab the other handle so they carried it together. "I'm Lizabeth," she introduced herself.
Eric moaned and nodded. "Way too heavier," he grumbled.

"That's sad, Eric. You're a fourth year, and your books weigh less than Liz's," Ryan joked.
"Astin. I'm Ryan's cousin. Thank you for helping," he said.

"You know what else is sad?" Eric said, looking at Ryan, "Liz probably has more clothes than me. That's sad."
"You're welcome," Liz replied with a small smile.

"It's cool you got an owl," Astin said. "I didn't get a pet.."

"Yeah, normal clothes," smirked Eric, "She has more wizarding clothes, half them used to be mine."
Liz glanced at Moriarty, who stared back at her. "He's not just my pet," she explained, "He's Eric's pet, too. We only got him this year."

Astin nodded. "Well, my parents probably won't get me a pet. They told me to use Ryan's owl," he said.
Ryan pat Eric on the back. "There, there, Eric. There, there."

The train finally grinded to a halt at Hogsmade station.
"Well, come on then!" Tanner said, smiling.
"This'll be brilliant!" Wesley laughed, and the two left the train.
Nikki looked at the others. "Shall we go then?"

Violet followed as well, wondering where to put their trunks. She figured it out when she saw them stacked nearby. She rolled her suit case over to it, leaving her trunk and Soren's cage there.
"First years! Over here!" The short man stood on a stool and waved his lantern over the students' heads. "First years, this way!"
"Good to see you again, Logan," Ryan greeted the Keeper of Keys and Grounds.
"I wish I could say the same, Mr Villein. Don't try to feed first years to the giant squid this year," the man named Logan answered. "First years! Over here!"

Nikki saw Ryan and shuddered when she heard logan. Ryan fed first-years to the giant squid? She walked over to Logan, waiting for him to lead them wherever they were going.
Wesley and Tanner, on the other hand, cracked identical grins at this. "Looks like we'll have competition as the school troublemakers," Tannner said.
"You know it, bro," Wesley laughed. "We'll just have to pull some great tricks this year. A little better than turning Mr Hawthorns wig purple."
"I told you, that was not a tick, that was an accident" Tanner protested as they walked over to Logan
