"I would say right before it gets dark," August said "My dad told me we arrive right before nightfall," She didn't miss her mother but her dad was the one she hoped would wend the letters, hopefully not having to be read my mother first.

"I like fudge flies, Ry. And a chocolate cauldron please. Oh, and a canary cream." Lynn smiled.
Ryan grinned, bought another box of beans, and gave Andrea a cockroach cluster. "Try that, Andrea." He then paid for Lynn's candy, getting several chocolate cauldrons, and a few more licorice wands. "Eric, you think this is enough?"
Violet nodded. "Alright." She then ate her pastie. She smiled. "Yuumm, thank you."

"More than enough," Eric replied with a smile, "Thanks, Ryan." He couldn't wait to see the look on Liz's face when she popped a handful of jelly beans into her mouth, only to spit them out and discover she ate an earwax-flavored one as well.

"Actually dad was a Griffindor, so it could just be Griffindors that don't like Slytherin," Tanner shrugged thoughtfully.

Ryan grinned and handed Liz the beans, watching her intently. He placed the rest of the candy on the empty seat beside him, in the middle so everyone could reach.

Liz accepted the jelly beans with a quick "Thank you." Eric casually ate a chocolate-coated cockroach as he watched his sister examine the jelly beans, knowing Ryan was doing the same. Liz took a small handful and tossed them into her mouth. She looked rather pleased by the flavors, until she tasted the vomit flavor.
"Ew!" She spat the gross bean into the palm of her hand. "What kind of jelly beans are those?" she grumbled, looking at the box.
"The every-flavor kind," Eric replied with a smile. He handed her a napkin, which she used to wrap up the rejected bean.

"Vomit?" echoed Liz, screwing up her face in disgust. She gave a hesitant nod towards Ryan, and poked through the beans until she found one that looked more or less safe to eat. "What flavor's this one?" she asked, holding it up.
The chocolate frog escaped from Eric's hands, and somehow managed to jump its way onto the luggage railing. Moriarty stared the gently croaking frog down.

"Well, wherever we all go it will probably be for the best," August let out a sigh and said "Hopefully I can make friends where I go, though I will still hang out with you all too," It was the first time she referred to them as friends and she hoped they didn't mind, they were all together in this now.

Lynn smiled. "Oh, I hope you're both in Slytherin. That would be such fun. Then we could share dorms and classes and we could sit together at meals and really be friends."
