[Gifted]

"Well the way you put it implied you didn't have an identity for him..." I sighed. "Well, I thought it was funny."

[Raven]

"I don't, not really. He's just Katrina's brother. I never gave him a name or a face, since Ryan never saw him," Raven said.

[Gifted]

I sighed. "Just, whatever. Let's just keep moving."

[Raven]

Raven nodded. "I guess it was pretty funny." She grinned, continuing to lead the way. "Where would the nearest city be in Sparrow's world thing? Since it seems like that's what most of it has been..."

[Gifted]

"That's the weird thing... the only city we've ever been to is Metrion, and we were dead on course for it earlier. I don't really have great directions other than go from THEM, cross the river, and its in the opposite direction of the volcano and south from the Dragon Caves and the Elect, but I'm pretty sure the town we just left is where Metrion is supposed to be." I looked back briefly, contemplating. "Though if we're really mostly in that particular universe, I'd like to portal to the USEM3 world. At least there you can tell whose gifted and whose not and all the bad guys wear the same freaking uniform." I laughed.

[Raven]

Raven smiled. "Where would that be?" she asked.

[Gifted]

"That's the thing it's not part of this world... there's a reason I said 'portal.' It's a completely other dimension. In the story we went back and forth between four planets; Earth, Gilese (thats this one), the planet with USEM3 on it, and the planet with demons on it. Which is why I thought going to THEM might get me back home, they could just portal you there, but that kinda backfired."

[Raven]

"Yeah well portals exist in this world or you can't go through them. Could we get to a portal or not?" Raven asked.

[Gifted]

"We'd have to find someone who could make them. That means going back to THEM, but that already backfired once and I'm not so certain it's a great idea anyway... they're actually the villains of the story. But the only other option would be to find a demon, so the version of me in the story would work... except she'll be really dangerous now... or we could find Sparrow from the story, she could do it too, and that'd be the safest option, assuming she's in this world on not on Earth, which is a pretty giant assumption. I suppose we could also try to find some Company agents and bother them, but, uh, no."

[Raven]

"So... no, we aren't getting a portal. So let's focus on this world. Which way was THEM? And the volcano?" Raven asked.

[Gifted]

"Okay... THEM was down on the other side of the lake, nearer to the river. The volcano is super far east, but we should be able to see it if we get out of the foilage. Oh, and if this really is Gilese, I just have one thing to say; Watch. Everything. Very. Carefully. Pretty much every animal here and some plants are evil. Seriously, I'd list off the things to watch out for, but it'd take too long. Suffice to say if anything looks even slightly unnatural, avoid it. Oh, and if starts raining blood, run. Is that self-explanatory? That's probably self-explanatory."

[Raven]

"Indeed it is. Which way is east? Like, which direction was the lake?"

[Gifted]

"Oh gosh, I don't know, I got all turned around in those tunnels." I sighed. "Let'd just keep going, and if this is Gilese, we'll run into a landmark eventually... though I'd kinda rather that landmark not be the Elect or THEM, because that could get messy. Still, we'll hit something. And if we don't, well then hopefully we'll hit something you recognize."

[Raven]

"And hope we don't run into anything from Sar's or Fox's minds... For completely opposite reasons," Raven said.

[Gifted]

"Yeah that too... or Forsvar. Let's not run into Forsvar and get attacked by the Guard, kay?"
