The sun went down, the moon went up, the moon also went down, and the sun went up again, all the while behind the storm clouds. Nothing of interest happened for the rest of the day, or night, for that matter. James wandered out of bed when he supposed it was morning, and tripped down the stairs on his way to the dining hall. He landed at the bottom on his bottom, dazed. Flaaffy and Pikachu hopped down behind him. Pachirisu slid down the banister, and landed nimbly at the foot of the stairs. Meanwhile, Manectric and Luxray were fast asleep, curled up in a corner of James and Sabrina's room.

Ryuk woke up, the night before he curled up after arriving and Raven quickly built a nest out of his blankets and slept next to him. HE sat up and stretched, yawning as he spoke," Good morning Raven how's about a little exploring?" This of course was followed by a swift slap by a wing and a caw that could be translated to," I'm not done sleeping yet." He sighed and got ready while Raven slept some more.

Teale, however, woke up to the opposite scene. She'd slept with her arm draped around Haylee, and when she awoke, Haylee was already awake, and tugging on Teale's sleeve with her teeth. Teale grinned sleepily at her pokemon. "Alright... I'm getting up," she said, climbing out of bed and stretching. "I mean, Arceus Haylee, you're just like mom. And if it's not her, it's Derek wanting a rematch," She was brushing her hair as she said this. "Why can't I ever get some sleep..." she chuckled softly and rubbed her eyes. "Well, I suppose I'm up now. Lets go get some breakfast. After our ocean adventure last night I'm starving,"
"Chiko!" Haylee agreed, and the two went downstairs and into the banquet hall.

After Ryuk was all ready to go Raven was sitting up on his bed tilting his head at him. He walked over and started petting her," Look who's finally up, we're going exploring." He walked out of the door and Raven nodded and cawed hopping after him.

James scrambled to his feet just as Teale passed him. Flaaffy waved happily at Haylee, bleating to capture the Chikorita's attention. She scampered after Haylee, Pachirisu hot on her heels. Pikachu sighed, and climbed onto James' shoulder as they walked to the dining hall. There was a table laid out in the middle of the room with all kinds of foods, breakfast-types on one side and lunch-types on the other, complete with Pokechow between the two.
"No, no, Pachirisu, get down from there!" James ran towards the squirrel, and grabbed her by the tail. Pachirisu had been scampering across the table towards a small bowl of sugar cubes. Pikachu snickered at his friend's misfortune.

Sabrina had had a rough sleep punctured by nightmares. She awoke several times in the night, and found her pokemon curled comfortingly around her. When she finally woke for the morning, James was already gone, her face was damp with sweat, her head was next to the pillow, and her pokemon were laying on it. She got up and washed her face. When she reentered her room, it was to find Pixel and Eevee staring at her. They pranced around playfully, then darted towards the door. "Okay, okay," Sabrina said, laughing. "Let's go find the others." They walked down the staircase and to the dining room. As they walked in, Sabrina yawned. "Good morning, James," she called. Pixel and Eevee ran over to play with the other pokemon while they waited for food.

"Oh hey!" Teale said, noticing Flaaffy and Pachurisu running towards her. She laughed and grabbed Pachurisu, taking great care to not have too firm a grip in case she hurt the squirrel pokemon. "Hey now," Teale said, holding the pachurisu close to make sure she didn't grab the table. One arm still clutching the little white squirrel, Teale reached out and grabed a sugar cube, giving it to the pokemon. "I've always had a soft spot for cute pokemon," she said. Then she looked up "Hey James!" she called. "This cute little troublemaker yours?"

Ryuk walked in noticing the food and the others and spoke out," Is there a party in here or something?" He held onto Raven s she didn't steal any food.

"Only breakfast," Sabrina murmured, glancing at the ground.
Pixel poked Haylee with his nose while Eevee wagged her tail in the air, they both wanted to play.

Sabrina frowned. "Why wouldn't we be?" she asked. "The lady told us last night that we were welcome to come here for food..."

Scratching the back of his head Ryuk laughed a little and spoke," Yea I guess I forgot he continued after a minute," I'm not that hungry but my Pokemon probably are.

Sabrina nodded, then joined James with wide eyes. "I know you say I should try not to be so shy, but I don't think I can help it. I want to be true to myself, and I'm truly nervous around other people," she whispered.

Looking at her Ryuk looked a bit worried, had he done something to upset her not moving any closer he tried speaking to her," Did I upset you? Or maybe you're just shy?"

Sabrina blushed. "I'm shy," she mumbled. Why is he talking to me, anyway? It never occurred to her that he might just be trying to make a friend.
