The Gifteds of Forsvar

[Sparrow]

“They’re not puppet gifteds, their skilled high ranked Agents.” he replies to Joan.
He turns to face Surem,
“That’s another good two, not one.” he corrects him.
“I can not tell you my name, but I came here to warn all of you about this because Forsvar is the last barrier against the Agents; well the last known one anyway.”

"Well, I see your an arse.", said Surem,"but that's good. I like a humorous person."

[Raven]

"We don't," 2846 snapped. "And I suggest you leave the guard to deal with this, Surem. It is no matter for our citizens."
0666 watched the thief carefully.

[fugama]

Surem looked at the guard with a challenging grin on him face. "As a citizen, I believe I should know what's happening around the world as well. So I suggest getting used to me for this situation."

Hmmm... 2486 had some serious bite left, and that was hardly assertive and powerful. She'd have to tell Danny about the latest resillient member...
"They're allowing themselves to be controlled by the government because they're two scared to stand against opression, so yes, they're puppet gifteds,"Joan said. "It can't be all that glamorous since more than one has left them,"
She turned to the boy. "And as a citizen, we have pledged to keep you and the others safe, nd that means making sure you don't get involved where you don't need to get involved."

"And I told you I'll be fine." He then muttered something about his parents under his breath.

[Sparrow]

“I’m not talking about puppet gifteds, I’m talking about Agents that are not gifteds getting gifted powers.” The thief says plainly.

[Gifted]

"And I was making a comparison to show you we can handle it," Joan said plainly.

[Sparrow]

“Okay, good luck with that.” The thief says plainly.
He looks to the side, at a wall.
“I have complete confidence in you” he says with thick sarcasm.

Surem chuckled at the thiefs sarcasm. "Be careful when you leave, something tells me you should be extra cautious."

Joan didn't say a word, wanting the idiot to hurry up and leave.

[Sparrow]

The thief nods at Surem,
“Yes I guessed that, but then again its no big threat.” he says calmly.
Then turning to Joan,
“If you would excuse me I have other messages to deliver.” he says calmly.

[Gifted]

Joan didn't move.

[Sparrow]

“See yha.” he says calmly then walks towards the wall. He waves over his shoulder before phasing out of the city. Then after reaching the opposite side of the wall he pulls a small black box out of his pocket.
He glances back and tosses the box over the wall while continuing to walk away.
The box lands near where he had been standing before and plays a jack in a box tune.
After the tune finishes playing a spring is heard and the top pops off holding a note that reads,
“If you can read this, then it stinks to be you.”
After a few seconds the box explodes causing damage to a few nearby building.

Surem was close enough to read it, however his intuition made him run to a building and kick off, soaring to he roof of a completely unharmed building a few feet away.
