The Gifteds of Forsvar

((Underground is pretty much solid earth, he wouldn't have anywhere to BE.))
Joan, now behind the victum ((Since I'm assuming he's facing the other two)) pushed on his back hard with telekinesis, hoping to knock him to the ground or at least disorient him so the others could take care of him.

[Sparrow]

The Thief trips forward when hit from behind.
“Okay, that’s it...” he says harshly, he slowly regains his balance and stands straight.
“I’m tired of being pushed around, literality.” he snaps, pointing at Joan.
The surrounding air slowly becomes thick with static.

(Static electricity, not sound. .)

((Hey Raven? Are these guards important to you? If not I have an Idea, I know how you like to be cruel to your characters...))

Joan moved back about a foot when the static Came, taking great care to not get electrocuted, hoping the two agents would take advantage of his distraction.

[Raven]

2846 (the not-explody one) raced to strike the nerve on the side of the theif's neck that would knock him out.

[Sparrow]

As soon as the guard’s hand is about an inch away she is severely electrocuted.

[Raven]

2864 backs away slightly. In an instant she's at Joan's side, warning her. Then back behind the theif.

[Gifted]

Greeeeatt. So anotherwords, 2864 was entirley useless.
Joan picked the theif up and held him about six feet in the air, before hurtling him towards the ground headfirst.

[Sparrow]

The thief doesn’t bother to struggle against her attack, knowing it would be a futile effort.
He hits the ground but doesn’t take too much damage. He shakes his head and looks to Joan.
“How secure is Forsvar’s boarder?” he asks in a calmer tone.

[Gifted]

"We've stood since this Gifted War began and never once been breached," Joan said just as calmly. "You tell me,"

[Sparrow]

“Incorrect, you’ve stood since the war and have been breached once.” he replies.
“Do you actually believe that Forsvar will still be standing in ten years?” he asks calmly, standing to face her.

[Gifted]

"Why does that matter to you?" Joan said irritably.

[Sparrow]

“In all sense it doesn’t matter to me at all.” he replies calmly.
He looks over his shoulder to the guards.
“It’s just that you seem to think you live in a safe haven, when in fact Forsvar is becoming a death trap.” he looks back to Joan.
“Tell me, do you have any idea of what the agents are up to?” he asks in a questioned tone.

[Gifted]

"We, the guard, keep it safe so the other Gifteds can live in peace," Joan said evenly. "And yes we do know what they're doing, thank you very much,"

[Sparrow]

“You do do you? Then why don’t you tell me what they’ve been planning recently?” he asks calmly.

[Raven]

"Why are we talking to him?" 2864 asked.
