I poked my nose in after him. I didn't come much farther than the door, unsure it was my place. I didn't say anything, either, but I made sure to look as friendly as I could. It wasn't easy.

I had decided I was going to come along, and was surprised at the thin pokemon I saw in front of me. Having been mostly ignored once they stopped fighting, I wasn't quite sure what to say, but I flew as high as I could, thinking maybe I could find something that those pokemon couldn't reach and bring it down for food.

the orphans peeked their heads at the Jolteon, the larvitar waddled over to her and poked her leg slightly," Ur not as big as as big brother Baunti, are you strong like him?" The others crowded around and stared at her curiously. My stomach rumbled but I simply smiled and said," It's fine," when the orphans looked at me worried.

"If the protector doesn't take care of himself, the little ones have no chance," I told Absol sternly, giving him a sharp look. "I'm pretty strong. Though there are a lot of pokemon much stronger than me, I'm sure," I told the orphans in a bright voice.

I looked up at the Jolteon and continued," Besides I can go out and find something unlike these little guys....since you know about them now...we need something to call you, can you remember your name?"

I shook my head. "No. I don't remember anything, if you recall. And I wasn't just saying that," I told him, making sure not to raise my voice. Equally as hard as looking friendly.
