Sneasel has been ruling the expansive island of Moor for a very long time. She lives in Mt. Steel, a freezing cold mountain high in the Icicle Range. Her castle-like domain is settled among the snowy white like a fortress. Sneasel's domain is guarded by her loyal (but incompetent) minions. Due to the barrenness of the mountain range, one can see intruders from far off. Small caves dot the mountainside, home to feral Pokemon. Far away from Mt. Steel is a small town that goes by the name of Acorn Village. The mayor, one large Abomasnow, takes care of it, with the help of the various shop owners and wise Elder Slowking. A fountain serves as the village square. It's the common host of parties, meetings, and feasts. Adjoining Acorn Village is the peaceful Whisper Forest, though what is beyond that, not many know. Here is where our story takes place. ~~~ You wake up in Acorn Village, surrounded by worried Pokemon of all shapes and sizes. Apparently, you walked right into the village square, and collapsed without a word. Nobody knows who you are; do you?

"Jolt!" I exclaimed as I woke up surrounded by pokemon. Where am I? I wondered as I leaped to my feet, glancing around the crowd. I had no recollection of wear I was or how I'd gotten there. I was too concentrated on those things that I failed to realize I had no idea who I was or where I was from. I did notice my throbbing headache, though. Not knowing if these pokemon were friends or foes, I bristled, the fur on my body standing on end. I sparked slightly, lowering my head. "Who are you?" I asked in my odd pokemon speech.

I opened my eyes and yawned, lifting myself from the bed I was laying in. I lifted a black bag up and slipped it over my neck using my horn. I walked out of my home and headed toward the bulletin board in town to see what criminals I would hunt down today. a few of the towns folk waved and gave me thanks such as," Baunti keep up the good work." I was a bounty hunter and therefore went by that name. "A Jolteon huh?...I can manage that." I ripped the picture off the board and stuffed it into my bag before bounding off towards her last known location.

((I'm assuming I flew. Have you EVER seen Celibi walk?? )) A celibi groaned as it opened its large eyes "Bi...?" it said in a wondering tone. It's eyes flicked everywhere, trying to make sense of its surroundings. It then looked down at it's hands. "Bi bi... " It understood now, but it still could not believe it. What was going on here? I didn't understand any of this. though I knew what I was trying to say, it never came out like words, though the pokemon around me seemed to understand it. I could not remember my name or where I had come from. I diod not know where I was now. But there was one thing I did know: This was not who I'd started off as. But this Celibi was me. I noticed some of the pokemon around me were eyeing me with worried looks -strange how I understood how to tell the facial expressions of Pokemon- and I looked down at my hands again worriedly. My skin seemed darker, somehow, like I was in the shade while the rest of the pokemon were in the sun. But that wasn't right... I thought about it for a minute and realised I must be a dark Celibi. But that didn't explain the odd looks I was geting from a few of the pokemon. A faint memory reached me... as if the memory of a dream. It was a Celibi, dark like myself, terrorizing a forest. It seemed like a scary place to be. I wondered where this memory had come from. But it was clear the Celibi hadn't always been like that, and this allowed me to see why a couple of the pokemon were edgy around me. Dark was obviously not a good thing. I'd just have to keep that in mind and control myself. No big deal. "Hey," I asked one of the pokemon who wasn't throwing me worried glances. "Where am I?"

"Ursa! Ow!"
I bolted into a sitting position, only to be met with a sharp quill to the eye. Cradling it with one hand, I used the other to help me stand up. It wasn't difficult, considering how short I felt, but the simple act of staying up was hard. So much weight in different places, and my head felt like it was carrying two boulders compared to before.
Before... what?
Was there ever a before?
And what was now?
I looked around, and crawled onto a cement, well, thing to get a better view. On the other side of the thing was water, and towering above me was a statue of an Abomasnow with two Snover around its feet. A fountain! I bent towards the water to see what my eye looked like, and--
"AHH!"
--I fell backwards onto the sharply-quilled Jolteon that had poked me earlier. Why was I so... so... so cute? Who were these Pokemon crowding around me, whispering things to each other? I shivered, still atop the Jolteon.

I growled, rearing onto my back paws to throw the Tedursa off my back. "I don't know. Who are you?" I asked again.

I tumbled off of the Jolteon onto the ground. "If I knew, I'd tell you!" I exclaimed. My voice was very high, as if it belonged to a hyper little girl. I covered my mouth with my hands, and looked around nervously. "But... um..." My nose twitched. Was that... honey? The smell was wafting from my tiny paws. I licked one carefully. "Can somebody tell us where we are...?"
A giant Abomasnow not unlike the one depicted atop the fountain pushed his way through the crowd towards us. I shivered with the ground. "What's going on?" he asked in a deep voice, "Who are these Pokemon you're crowding around?"
"W-well," a Whismur tried to explain, in a very soft, quiet voice, "Th-they c-came here, and just f-f-fell down..." She looked up at Abomasnow, and covered her eyes. "W-w-we thought they were hurt, s-so..."
Abomasnow bent down to our level. "What's this?" he grumbled, "Celebi? What're you doing here? And so dark... What's wrong with you?"

"If you don't mind, we would like someone to tell us where we are and who you are," I snapped at the Abomasnow. "We've asked enough."

"I'm the mayor," replied Abomasnow, "This is Acorn Village." He stood up straight with his hands on his hip-area. "Mayor Aboma of Acorn Village! And we have no idea who you are."
"Nor do we," I said, daintily licking my paws, "Do you know who we are?"
"Why would I?" said a puzzled Abomasnow.

Diz had just finished attending to the various outposts and was satisfied with the amount of security that had been established. Feeling secure, she went to the forge inside the mountain to see if the sword she had ordered was finished. The sneasel opened a heavy stone door and a blast of hot air hit her face, along with the sound of metal hitting metal. At the end of the hallway, there was a big room with fire everywhere and some furnaces. Near the back, there was a Blaziken doing something behind the furnace and a Aggron pounding what was Diz's almost finished sword. She could tell that it wasn't finished though and quickly left the hot room. She hated the heat. This left her content enough to retire for the day and play a game of Pente with her Alakazam scholar.

I bristled again. "How do we know you didn't bring us here and knock us out? I'm sure someone here is able to use amnesia," I growled.

Whismur covered her face with her ears, and looked away guiltily. Mayor Aboma sighed. "Why would we do that?" he asked. In a quieter tone, he added, "Sneasel's guard might, but we sure wouldn't... Anyway." Mayor Aboma straightened, and took on a bored, but formal, pose. "Do any of you remember anything?"
I shook my head, and went back to licking my paws. Honey tasted so good, and my paws were covered in it... Pure heaven!

"Maybe to make us into mindless soldiers to your cause, whatever that may be. Or to make us forget that this Sneasel is really the good guy and on our side," I suggested, not relaxing.

Whismur whimpered, and trembled. Mayor Aboma shooed her, and the crowd, away, and sat on the edge of the fountain. I looked up at him, half paying attention. "Look," he grumbled, "I'm just the mayor. I'm not in charge of some grand cause or something. I just listen to Sneasel's messengers and update the bounty board every once in a while." Mayor Aboma sighed, and shook his head.

"Well.." I was nervous, so I let them talk, but I figured it was time to awnser the mayors question. "As far as I know nothings wrong with me. I'm just.. a dark Celibi... like a shiny or, you know. I just happen to be dark," I was a little nervous, not tottally sure how I should act around the Pokemon. "Who's this Sneasel?"
