"Alright, a hatter," Cathy replied. "You can call me... non-person, perhaps?" The girl didn't know her 'person name' herself, so she couldn't go and tell him to call her Catherine or anything of the like. "It is nice to meet you, a hatter. I have not met one like you before."

Heshook his head and stood on his branch and called down to her," Wel that is quite silly can't you things of anything better to be called, and while we sit atop this subject it's, just hatter not a hatter" He stomped and shook the tree more.

[Rachel]

"But you said that they called you a hatter," Cathy pointed out. "And there is nothing else to call me. Non-person shall have to do!" They called people more than Person? Since when had they done that? This just made her want to find people even more. "Do you know where there are people?"

[Dokeshi]

He sighed and jumped down a little landing on a branch near the middle of the tree and called down to her again," Just call me a hatter deary and unless you think of something better to call yourself I'll be calling you that from now on."He started to spin his cane through the air again and looked down at her.

[Diz]

Annabelle was having fun now! It was like one of those rides at the big tents every summer! "Tee hee!" She had unconsciously giggled and realized her mistake, quickly tried to silence herself.

[Rachel]

"Why?" she cried, pouting slightly. "You are not nice, a hatter!" She turned on her heel and stalked away to the other side of the path. She slid down to the ground and folded her arms, sulking. "Where are the people?" she asked. There were supposed to be people here. The world didn't seem to remember. Maybe they were hiding!

Hatter looked around and then saw on a lower branch what appeared to be a person. He called out to the girl on the path," I asked you politely to cann me Hatter, just Hatter deary and I think I may have found a person for you to play with." He waved his cane in the air and pointed at a branch under him.

[Diz]

Annabelle looked up, and then realizing she was found, tried to blend in with the tree trunk.

Trisha heard the voices but she didn't want to go to them. she wouldn't hang around with a bunch of lunatics.
"What's up trishie?" Her brother asked
"It's nothing," she quietly reassured him.

[Rachel]

"A person?" Cathy cried, jumping to her feet in delight. "Where, Hatter, where?!" She danced to the tree, grinning broadly. She had forgotten all about their previous conversation. Her eyes strayed to the lower branch, spotting the girl. "It's a person! Look, Hatter, a person!"

[Diz]

Annabelle was mad now. The hat man had spotted her and made her seen. Annabelle plucked of one of the strange fruits, and threw it as hard as she could at the hat man.

Tapping his cane on his head hatter swiftly sliced the incoming fruit cleanly in half before speaking to her," Now now, a temper on this one." Hegrinned at her and waved his finger at her before continuing," Are you by any chance a person?"

[Diz]

Annabelle quickly looked away and sunk down onto her branch, pouting. "How should Annabelle know. Is the hat man a person?" She snapped her head back around and stared at him with a look of conviction.

[Dokeshi]

He sighed and then simply stated," According to her down there people dont alk to you can't possibly be a person" He looked away and the nleaped out of the tree. His cane reurned to normal and he continued to twirl it though the air.

"So, Annabelle isn't a person? She never knew!" Annabelle was curios to know more. She jumped to a lower branch and hung upside down, obviously disregarding modesty. Annabelle then simply asked "Why?"
