Trisha smiled, the only one knowing for certain Luke would complete his objective: Jack's powers never failed. "Well, I'll let you two get on with it then," she said.

"Oh, forgive me," the girl said. "I'm Tabitha, Luke's half sister. I'm not especially liked by the crown, but Luke vouches for me and so I am allowed to stay. If he dies, I must leave." Luke looked spiteful at that. "I need to go. Bye!" he told them, running off down the hall.

Trisha nodded, smirked, and got into a discussion with her little brother, a smug smile on her face the whole time. She wondered how happy Luke would be whhen he came back.

Tabitha smiled sadly at Trisha and Jack, then turned around to head back to her room in silence. Recalling why the king and queen didn't like her, she punched the wall. "How can they be so unfair?! It's not like I did anything! I can't choose who my father is and neither can Demetri!" Angry tears came to her eyes. "I'm their son's half sister as much as I am Luke's, but they refuse to acknowledge that I even exist except to wish me gone! I'm like a cockroach to them; I don't exist until I'm in the way. They do worse than reject me for what I am, though, they reject me because of what my father is! They reject us both! How dare they claim they're worried about Demetri?! They care nothing for their own son!" she cried.

If Tabithia had stayed witthin hearing range, even though she couldn't hear Jack, she might hae picked up on some very strange dialouge. "I wonder if I said too much, using it twice was probably not the wisest of moves...we have to start teaching you to talk soon, you cant wish your way out of EVERYTHING..."

[Rachel]

"Birds... birds are pretty..." Cathy mused quietly. After the woman had finished speaking, Cathy giggled. "'Warriors... they are half people too, yes? That half-person sounds nice. Like you!" She grinned at Tristan.

[Raven]

"I don't know that they're half people. I think they just made up those names to play with us," Tristan said. "And I doubt she's planning to be nice. I have to go, talk to you later." He turned and stalked down the hall.

"Adam," Zach was saying sternly, "this is too dangerous. You aren't going." "I can't help but agree, Sir. This is a risk and your heir to the throne disappeared a year ago. We need you to lead us," Luke told his King. "I have no heir and I never did!" Adam said. Luke shrugged. "Either way, you have no heir." Tristan came in. "The newbie has arrived! Finally, what took you so long?" Zach asked, putting Tristan in a headlock. "Zach, don't make me mother you, let go of your brother," Luke joked. "Nah, he'll be fine. In fact, I think we should sit through the whole meeting like this!" Zach exclaimed. Tristan tried to punch Zach's back, but it didn't do much with the bad angle. "Zach, let go of your brother," Adam ordered. Zach sighed and released Tristan who scrambled to get away. "Do you never get over that?" Tristan asked. "Nope. I'm thirty-six and it still never gets old," Zach said, grinning. "Well, I'm twenty and it's still not funny," Tristan muttered. "Well, you got a late start on being tormented, you were born when he was sixteen. He couldn't really torment you from the battle field," Luke said. "He does it just fine now," Tristan muttered.

[Rachel]

After Tristan left, instead of going into her room, Cathy stayed outside in the hall, unsure of where she was supposed to be.
"Maybe I can go find some people... some not-half-people..." she said out loud before yawning, nodding and wandering down the hall.

After she finished talking with jack, she layed on the bed. she wasn't really tired, but Jack needed his sleep and he'd only sleep if he thought she was going to.

Cathy wandered around the halls of the castle sleepily, yawning every now and then. "Non-half-people?" she called out loudly, care-free. "Come out, come out, where ever you are!"

[Raven]

A woman stuck her hand out from between the bars of a cell and snapped her fingers. Her Contract was to never speak, but she could still make sounds with her hands. She knew exactly who the girl was thanks to her power, and she intended to use that. She was going to get out of here, and she was going to use Cathy to do it.

Cathy was walking tiredly along until she heard someone snapping their fingers. Cathy immediatly perked up, looking around curiously. She spotted an entrance in the wall and her curiousity get the better of her.
"Hello? Non-half-person?" she called out, her voice excited.
