"That doesn't deny me my right to an opinion, though," he quickly replied to Kat. Rhyme turned to face Blue. "Blue, there's more than one Kira. Remember?" He took a deep breath.

"Kira can't die. It's like saying the King of England died. It would be referencing the king at the time, but the title of king didn't die. Kira's just a title. This specific Kira we're dealing with isn't the God-Kira L battled decades ago."

"But!"

He raised a dramatic finger.

"If we're dealing with a new Kira-figure, then we need a new L-figure. Name it X, Y, or whatever you want, but that's what we need to combat this Kira-figure. Even if this Kira doesn't know that L died, we should still create a new figure, so that Kira would think he was battling an inferior foe, and make mistakes that a less-educated detective wouldn't notice."

Rhyme exhaled.

"Anyway, by competent Kira, I mean one that's about the same intelligence of the last, major Kira. If we're dealing with an average Joe who's trying to get his own reality show, then we could do something--for lack of a better word--stupid, like bringing the original L back to life."

[Raven]

"I think we should take a vote. Those in favor of L and those in favor of K," Kat suggested.

[Gifted]

"L. I think it would cuase Kira to panic," blue said, glaring at Ryhme

[FoxTrott]

"K, or some other letter of the alphabet," Rhyme said, "L would have too many disadvantages." When he caught Blue glaring at him, he stuck his tongue out.

[Rachel]

Velvet nodded. "I'm not sure... L would be good, but it would be nice to have another name. How about something like... W for Wammy's... I doubt Kira would make the connection. And it refers to ALL of us..." she suggested.

[Raven]

Kat nodded. "I was just throwing a letter out there. Sorry. I like W, though," she said.

[FoxTrott]

"So it's decided," Rhyme said, before anybody could voice second thoughts, "A new letter for a new foe." He gave into the temptation to make a "nya-nya" face at Blue.

[Gifted]

Blue sighs. "Alright, I guess it makes sense. But, just a question, wouldn't it make more sense to be O? Keep it in alphabetical order?"
She shrugged. "And quit being so immature Ryhme. Geez," she shook her head and got ready to head back to her room.
"You'll still need a good voice over. Some people have special equipment that can wipe a voiceover away. it'll take me a few hours to make one that can't be erased," Seven said. "But I'll get it done,"

[Raven]

Kat frowned. "No. I'm not being O. I don't care if it's alphabetical or not. We need to break that, anyway, before someone ends up as P... Thank you, Seven." She hugged him.

[FoxTrott]

"I will, once you stop being so mature..." He had already forgotten her name. "Teal." Chartreuse? What was it...

"O would be a good idea," Rhyme added, "Just for the sake of it." Somewhere deep inside him, he felt a twinge of jealousy as Kat hugged Seven.

[Rachel]

Velvet smiled. "We should make a decision. It isn't going to get us anywhere, fighting like this," she muttered and sighed. She tucked the book under her arm. "If not, tell me when you're going to. Silk's expecting me."

[Gifted]

"My name is BLUE!" she snapped.
Seven let out the tiniest gasp, something you wouldn't even notice unless you were paying attention.
"Well, we should go," Blue said quickly. "Seven needs to get that started and I have a few things I'm following up on. See you later, Ryme, Velvet, Kat, Yami,"
Teale suddenly realised something. YAMI! She had figured out why Yami seemed so familliar!
Normally that would bring on a smile, but she walked tight lipped back to her room.
Slamming the door, she heaved a sigh of relief. "Was that ever close or what?" she asked Seven.
"Wait! you mean he didn't actually know yoour name? it was a lucky guess?" Seven asked.
Teale laughed hollowly. "No, he's just been calling me random colours. It's annoying, but he doesn't know. Now get doing your job,"
Seven slinked over to the computer.

"See ya, Velvet--" Rhyme was interrupted by Blue snapping at him. He flinched away, as if he expected Blue to hit him. Rhyme watched as Blue and ever-aloof Seven hurried away.

"... Um." He looked over at Kat. "Maybe she really doesn't like the color teal?" Rhyme shrugged, feigning ignorance. I must've said something really personal for her to have exploded like that... Hm...

[Raven]

"I still think we should go with W," Kat told Rhyme stubbornly. "I'm heading up to our room." She started to walk toward the doors.

[Rachel]

Velvet laughed. "Rhyme, right? See ya," she said with a grin and headed for her room.
