Katianna walked through the halls, looking for the library. Until she heard someone talking in the girls restroom, she would have been happy to mind her own business. The girl, for clearly the speaker was a girl, for the voice was coming from the girls bathroom, sounded angry. Katianna entered the small room, and looked at the young girl standing there. She narrowed her eyes in suspicion. "What are you doing?" she asked the small blond.

Teale jumped. aw, crap, this looked bad. If this girl had heard her she'd sound like A Kira supporter. Which she wasn't, she was tottally nuetral on the whole Kira thing. Of course, since the whole debate was whether or not he was evil. Idiots. "Nothing," she said, trying to keep her voice even. "My teachers being an asshole, thats all," she said. there. that was general enough that if this girl hadn't heard the exact words she'd assume it was something normal, yet would still give Blue a reason to be mad.

"Oh, okay," she said, smiling. She didn't believe a word of it, but Katianna was a suspicious person. "Well, I'm called Kat. What do they call you?" She should try to get closer to the girl, see if she was right to be suspecting.

Teale sighed internally. Good, she was being believed. Although.... this WAS another whammy kid. they're smart. This "Cat" could be faking her out.
"Around here I'm known as Blue," she said noncommentally.

[Raven]

"Well, it's nice to meet you, Blue, you might want to get back to class, though," she suggested. "Maybe we'll meet again, but I need to go look something up in the library."

No problem," she said, nodding. "Bye, Cat,"she walked back to class. Now she'd have to do her biased homework, listen to her biased teacher, and act like all the other biased students. the thought made her swalow back vomit as she entered the classroom and sat down, taking out her pencil.

Knock, knock.

After receiving no response, Rhyme figured it was safe to go in. He opened the door, and stepped into the room. His past roommate had complained about "excessive noise" during the night, and Rhyme had responded with "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to interrupt your much-needed beauty sleep."

Which got him a new room.

"Can't believe some people are so sensitive," he mused as he kicked his clothes under the bed, "I wish everyone would grow up."

The almost-adult-but-still-not-quite-mature-enough-to-live-on-his-own Rhyme sat down on the bed, and looked across the room to his roommate's bed.

"Hello, invisible roommate," he said cordially, "The name's Rhyme. Why, yes, I do look nice today, don't I? Thank you for the compliment."

When Katia finally found the library, she started searching the shelves, looking for any books about the first Kira strike. She found one that looked good, pulled it off the shelf, and went to find somewhere to sit and read.

Teale sat through the tedium of class and did all the homework while the teacher talked. When the bell finally rang, she stalked of to her room.

"How was school?" her brother asked her as he stared at the computer monitor.

"I hate history," Teale sighed. "It's all a bunch of biased crap,"

"History today, huh?" Stephen, who was known around the Whammy house as Seven, replied. They'd had a little sister called Circles for awhile too, but she dissappeared. Nobody knew where circles had gone.

"Teale nodded and sighed, flinging herself on her bed. Seven went back to whatever he'd been doing. He wasn't all that talkitive.

As soon as her class was over, Marnie ducked outside, heading to the library. There was a book that she had wanted to read for the last week, but she couldn't find it. She smiled as she entered the large room. It was like home to her. There was someone else there.
Ignoring the girl, she set about looking for the book in amongst plenty of others.

"What are you looking for?" Kat asked the girl who had just come in.

[Rachel]

"Hmm?" Marnie said, glancing at Kat. "Oh, nothing in particular," she said with a polite smile. "Just something to read in my spare time." She nodded and turned back to the shelf.

Blue sighed. Her brother was nice, but pretty boring. There was never anything to do in here. She walked out. What is up with this place? she wondered. Theres never anything to do here What she wouldn't give to find something exciting to do. it was the whole reason she fought for so-called justice in the first place. It was fun. she wandered past the library, thinking maybe she could go find something fun to do outside.

"Okay, then, I'm going to bring this book up to my room... Bye." Kat held up the book for the girl to see, then started to leave the library.
