Fear coursed through her, but she passed it off as nervousness and hugged him back, closing her eyes.

After about a minute Sai let go and went back to his side of the table, his eyes were full of life now. He smiled and said," I'm glad that I was able to tell you Kat..."

Sai smiled and was looking at her now red face, he admired her for a moment and then asked," Are you hungry at all or anything...."

"No... Not really," she whispered. Then she got up and circled the small table, sitting at his feet with her head in his lap. She felt tears streaming down her face, though she didn't realize until then that she was crying.

Sai was shocked and then placed his hand on her head before asking," What's wrong?" He started to brush her hair with his hand because he had no idea what he should do.

Katia shook her head. "I'm putting you in danger just by being here. I mean, I'm a Wammy!" she cried.

Sai lifted her chin up and shook his head. He helped her up and huggered her around the neck. He leaned his head on hers and after soon replied," I don't care."

Katia pulled away. "Well I do!" She dropped her head into her hands.

Sai could tell he did not choose his words wisely and then looked at her. He couldn't speak, he didn't know what he could say. He looked at her and his eyes showed her what he felt.

Katia shook her head, then threw her arms around him again. "Is it so bad for me to want to be with you when every second I am I'm putting you in danger?" she whispered.

Sai wrapped him arms around her and then replied," You should follow your heart, after all if you deny won't you put yourself in uneccesary risks on the job?" He squeezed her a bit tighter and then said," I don't want to lose anyone else I love."

"Sai, if I do end up being killed by the notebook, will you tell them that Kira has the eyes?" she asked.

Sai contiued to brush her hair and then replied," Yes, I just hope that it never comes to that." He pulled her closer and then slowly closed his eyes.

"My worst fear is that Kira will try to get my name through you, because more than anything, that will mean Kira is willing to kill innocent people to get to me," she said.
