Jane deliberated for a second. "The forrest. Theres tons of caves up there, and that kid was living in one of them, so I'm sure we'll survive up there,"

[Raven]

Envy nodded. "Okay." She took Jane's hand, smiling slightly.

[Gifted]

She smiled back, though it was somewhat forced, and started walking briskly towards the caves.

[Raven]

When they reached the caves, Envy froze. "Beatrice won't be happy," she said flatly.

[Gifted]

Jane turned back to look at her. "Why?"

[Raven]

"Max has told you too much about us. And Beatrice doesn't trust you. She's afraid you'll take our little sister away from us again," Envy told her.

[Gifted]

"Away how?" Jane caught on quickly that this must be Hannah, and was kind of irritated that she'd had absolutley no warning. Plus, she didn't exactly like Hannah.
"And no duh Beatrice doesn't trust me. I kinda got that from the fact she threatened to kill me. So, what's her problem?"

[Raven]

"Loosing Max was hard on her. She almost killed herself because of it. As far as she's concerned, we're all born of the devil. The sins, I mean. I guess we could be... The last time, Beatrice watched a Lust take her. A male Lust..." Hannah shivered. "Don't put us through something like that again. Please."

[Gifted]

"Wait, so you've been through this before?" What the heck...
"She probably right," Pride muttered. "These stupid powers certaintly ruined my life," then she continued, in a normal voice. "Don't worry, I won't do anything to Max, or any of you, that I wouldn't do to myself," She hadn't decided if she was honouring Kanon's last wish or not, but if she decided to, then she could still keep this promise. She wanted to be as truthful asd she could.

[Raven]

Envy narrowed her eyes. "That's not good enough. If you hurt our little sister-"
"Stop it!" Max cried. "I trust this girl!"

[Gifted]

"And you think I would hurt myself, Hannah?" Jane asked in a serious voice. "You think I would kill myself? I happen to like Max! I think she'd be a great friend!" Jane glared at Envy, wondering which one of them she was really glaring at and wishing there was a way to tell. Oh well, they knew who it was directed at.

[Raven]

Max smiled slightly. "I like you, too," she said. "And I am sorry about my older sisters. They just love me, I suppose."

[Gifted]

Jane's face relaxed into a pleasent smile when she realised it was Max again. "And they should," she said. "I just think Hannah's paranoid and Beatrice is just plain overkill. Now come on, which of these caves looks most comfortable?"

[Raven]

Max looked at the caves. "They all kinda look a lot the same," she said.

"that's true... which one do you think we should pick, then? or do you want to take different ones? Then you'd have your own place!" Jane laughed. "We could be neighbours!"
