The seven sinful gifts

"W-what do you mean?" Jane asked, still scared. Then she saw the two falling from the sky. one of them was obviously dead, died just like the Glutton in the woods. But the Kanon boy looked like he could still be saved. Ignoring Envy she rushed out, hands outstretched and, with her super stregnth, caught Kanon before he hit the ground. "It'll be alright, you'll live, it'll be okay," Jane said. she bellowed over her shoulder "Call and ambulance!' before turning back to the dying boy. "Just talk to me keep talking," she said, grasping his hand firmly. She felt faint pressure back, and his pulse beating faintly.
"I tried.. to cleanse.. the world.." Kanon choked through coughing up blood."Pride.. you have to.. do it for me,"
"Don't say that you'll live, I know you'll live just hang on!" Jane said. Kanon gave a weak shake of his head.
"I don't... want.. even if I did live... I couldn't.. carry it on..." Kanon cough violently and the pressure on Priddes hand got greater as she stared into his determined eyes. "Pride.. You have... a strong sense of justice... I noticed that.. when you tried to arrest me.." his head fell back.
"No! Don't die! hang on!" Jane shouted.
"Pride... you need to kill them... I've killed three. Gluttony... Lust.. Wrath. Kill the rest, pride. Envy... Sloth... and then finally... yourself. It's the only way... mankind can.. be free..." His grip slackened, the pulse faded, and the light dissappeared in his eyes.
"No! Kanon!" Jane screamed.

Wrath's body started to convulse and blood squirted out of his wounds, chemical reactions activated in his body and exploded much like a specific breed of beetle, seeds fell down from the sky like rain.

"He wouldn't have lived anyway," Envy said with a laugh. "He would have been dead before any help could get here, even if it hadn't been a mortal wound... Tell me, Pride, would you rather die slowly, or be beheaded?"

[Gifted]

"What?" Pride whipped around. She had an idea. "You really think you'd accomplish either? You know I can slap you eight times before you can blink, right?"

[Raven]

"Only if you can reach me through my power, which you still have no clue what it is," Envy replied.

[Gifted]

"You think I care?" She snapped. "Look, I don't want to fight you," She ran over to what was left of Wrath's body. "that is just gross...." she muttered loud enough fo Envy to hear.

[Raven]

Envy blinked rapidly. "Oh, dear! I knew they would get hurt!" Tears started running down Envy's face. "We need to wake them up and call the ambulance!"

[Gifted]

"What...?" Jane turned, distracted from her plan, and it finally clicked. "Envy, did you know you have multiple personality disorder?"

[Raven]

Envy frowned. "What's that?" Her eyes widened and she started backing away. "You're going to send me back to the home, aren't you? I won't let you! I'm not going back!" she screeched.

[Gifted]

"No! I'm just telling you because you shhould know! I'm not taking you anywhere!" Jane tried to pacify her.
"Honestly, that and because one of your personalitiess scares me,"

[Raven]

Envy nodded. "Promise?" she asked, holding out her pinky.

[Gifted]

"Promise,"Jane said, giving Envy a pinky swear and feeling slightly ridiculous. "You know one of your personalities threatened to kill me? Lets geet out of here before we're found standing next to dead bodies."

[Raven]

Envy frowned. "I'm sorry... My older sister isn't very nice. Her name's Beatrice. Then there's Hannah. She's okay, but not very fun," Max said. "But... they... We're leaving them?"

"Yeah, they're both dead. One was dead before he hit the ground and the other... i asked -Beatrice, is it?- I asked Beatrice to call an ambulance, but she wouldn't... he died shortly before you showed up,"Jane sighed. "I don't want to get framed for murder and theres nothing more we can do for these two. let's get out of here,"

[Raven]

Envy nodded, looking sadly at the bodies. "Okay. Where are we going to go?" she asked.
