"Really?" Gifted sounded intrigued. "Why not? Do you have a contract on your power?"

[Raven]

"Something like that," Gabriel replied. "I think it's entwined in the power somehow, they definitely relate."

[Gifted]

"I've got a few gifteds like that myself," Gifted smirked. "So how many gifteds does Kenny have, anyway?"

[Raven]

Gabriel shrugged. "There were sixty recorded tests. Some of them died. There were also unrecorded tests, like Lynn and General Walker's wife. Some of them have been killed as well. And there are some gifteds, like me, who don't work with him, but for some reason he keeps around. I don't know how many exactly are with Kenny, but I'm pretty sure most of the survivors are."

Raven paused. "Can we go?" she whispered to Fox.

Fox looked at Raven and nodded slightly. She turned back to the orb. "Dismissed... I guess." She grabbed Raven's hand, as if to say, 'Lead the way.'

[Raven]

Raven thought nothing of it, pulling her friend by the hand along to the party clothing.

Sixty... that wasn't good, that was more than double what Emric had, even with all the 'watched and dangerous' he'd contacted for help. However, he made sure Gifted didn't show any worry, for fear that Kenny would know how weak his side still was. He'd have to build up hs gifted arsenal.
"Hm.... Powers of the ones that you know? Particularly the ones he'd be more likley to use." Gifted asked in a thoughtful voice, while Emric ran to get a pencil and paper. He needed to remember this.

[Raven]

"Why should I help you? And what are you trying to do, anyway? You realize he'd have my head if he found I'd helped you double cross him?" Gabriel asked, struggling not to leak.

[Gifted]

"Hey, I'm not double crossing him... yet. I'd just like to know how good his forces are nin case he ever turns on me. I like to be prepared. So would you please answer my question?" Gifted remained tottally calm and collected.

[Raven]

Gabriel couldn't withhold that much information for long. "The ones closest to him include a sweet talker, people feel compelled to do as he says, an adapter, she's able to survive through almost any environment, a fighter, I don't know exactly how she works, if it's super speed or what, but she's amazing at martial arts, and an emotion manipulator," he stated.

[Gifted]

"That's pretty interesting. And those are the ones he sends out to do the messy work?"

[Sparrow]

The orb watches them go and makes no attempt to stop them,
"Farewell, Keep safe." pops up.
It waits a long moment,
"V and E are fine."
It posted this just for the sake of posting then, shutting off the text and reactivating it's lens, flies out of site. It waits to leave, knowing it's orders, and not wanting to leave the pair defenseless.

"Not really, they run things here. The one you should be really worried about is Autumn. She can use other people's powers, up to two at a time. That and the elementals. The gifteds who can control fire, water, electricity, and things like that," Gabriel replied.

[Gifted]

"Autumn..." Gifteds calm was broken, there was anger in her tone. "That chick who almost wrecked everything for me? Yeah I know her," Gifted changed the subject. "And the elementals are his most dangerous?"

[Raven]

"The most dangerous he'd send out, besides Autumn and Alaric," Gabriel replied. "He keeps his most dangerous nearby."
