The next day, when Liam came to Kenny's class, Kenny said, "Sangria told me you were interesting in learning to control your power?"

Liam nodded. "I don't ever want it going off on someone else again." he said.

[Raven]

"That's a good idea," Kenny said. "She told me it usually goes off when you're angry?"

[Gifted]

"Yeah." Liam nodded. "That's when I lose control of it. When I'm angry and I'm not afraid."

[Raven]

"You weren't afraid when your power went off on Sangria?"

[Gifted]

"I was terrified." Liam said. "That time was strange... I think maybe because I hadn't used it in a while? That's why I asked for help... But every other time I was angry. Since I was little."

[Raven]

"Does it build up inside you when you don't use it?" Kenny asked.

[Gifted]

"Yup. It's easier to stop myself using it if I've used it recently."

[Raven]

"Have you ever lost control when you'd used it recently?"

[Gifted]

"No. Well, depends how recent is recently." Liam said. "It's harder to keep control of when I'm angry even with the same amount of time."

[Raven]

"Do you know what was different about the time with Sangria and other times you've been scared and it hasn't gone off?"

[Gifted]

"I don't know. It'd been longer than any other time though."

[Raven]

"All the other times when you were scared, was it your dad with you?" Kenny asked.

[Gifted]

"It never went off when I was scared. Only when I was angry and not scared." Liam corrected.

[Raven]

"Yes, when you were really scared, was it always because of your father?"
