"Ugh. You guys are never going to let this go, are you?" Stephanie put her face in her hands. "Fine, I'll do your stupid Zelda cosplay. But if we're doing legend of zelda Monique should be Ruto or Saria. Ocarina of Time trio, guys."

"Oh, I'd love to be Ruto!" said Monique excitedly. "It'd be a tricky costume, though."

[Raven]

Kailen grinned again. "I can bring my ocarina and everything!"

[Doom]

"Wait, you actually have an ocarina?"

"He does. He's such a nerd." Stephanie grinned. "I can help with the makeup somewhat." she added.

[Doom]

"Oh, it's fine," said Monique with a shrug. "I can do my own makeup."

[Gifted]

"Alright, no big. Kailen just gets mad when I attack him with the makeup brush."

[Raven]

"Guys don't wear make-up, Steph. That's weird," Kailen said, rolling his eyes, as though he hadn't used the foundation in the bathroom to try to hide a zit at least once.

"Guys can wear makeup," said Monique with a smirk. "Sometimes you just wanna feel pretty."

"They do when cosplaying!" Stephanie protested. "And acting! My male cousin knew the ins and outs of a makeup kit by the time he was twelve. A little makeup is not gonna kill you."

[Raven]

"Pff. My skin is flawless, stop trying to fix it," Kailen said.

[Doom]

Monique giggled. "It's not just about making your skin look better. Like Stephanie said, it's all part of a costume. If you're gonna cosplay, then you'll need makeup."

"See! Monique gets it!" Stephanie exclaimed.

Kailen stuck his tongue out. "It's not like Link has purple skin or something," he commented.

"Alright, we won't force you to wear makeup," relented Monique with a giggle. "Just a little foundation wouldn't hurt, though."
