When they got there, there was a large crowd. At the center they were taking sign-ups, and the judges were waiting, looking the trainers and their pokemon over. Among the judges, there was an old, well-dressed man, a young woman, and a man who appeared to be the janitor.

The well-dressed judge catching her eye, Danica gravitated toward the man, oblivious to anything done by any of her party members. Approaching from the side, she hesitantly tapped his shoulder in hopes of getting his attention.

The man looked down at her with a charming smile. "Why hello there, young lady. Are you here to participate in the contest?"

Avoiding the judge's eyes and blushing lightly, Danica grinned shyly. "Well, not exactly. Ah was just wonderin' if ya could tell me when the contest starts. Ah wanted t' watch."

Danica nodded. "One hour. Thank you. I'll be there, don't ye worry." She turned and hurried away, excited as she returned to her group. Addressing the three of them, she announced, "Alright, the contest starts in an hour. If it's no trouble, I think I'll stay here until the contest starts. Don't want to miss out."

Demetra wanted to say she'd stay with Danica. She didn't want to upset anybody, not when she'd just found real friends... But she wasn't comfortable here with so many people. If she was recognized, she'd be dragged back to her parents for the reward...
"What do you guys want to do?" She asked the others instead, silently begging one of them to want to leave.

Nero's thought pattern was that he knew word of him probably hit this far by now. "Yah it seems a little odd, maybe I will next time or something haha...." Nero forced a chuckle and was trying to 'act' natural, "I'm just gonna go walking in the forest for now. You know, see if i run into any cool pokemon along the way. I'll just take the scenic route and come back to this spot when i'm finished browsing the trees and paths, That okay with you guys?"

"I'd love that, I don't know a whole ton about this place, i just passed through it ahaha. I'm good to go whenever Demetra" he smiled and was rather glad he would be able to hang out with someone rather than be all alone. Besides, although he didn't know her all that well Demetra seemed nice..
