PTA game

[Doom]

Danica chuckled. "The kind of contest I want t' see is where Pokemon perform for an audience, instead of just battle each other. It's kind o' like the difference between warriors n' thespians. I haven't heard much about 'em, but I like the idea."

[Crymzun]

"Yah that actually sounds kind of cool... umm any idea how long it goes on for?" Nero was trying to hide any concern he had about going there and although he was kind of interested in the idea of the contest couldn't help but be worried about being found out

[Neon]

Jet continued to walk in silence, though he was paying a great deal of attention to them. Montague had decided to go up to Demetra and walk with her, occasionally licking her leg to remind her he was there.

[Gifted]

At first Demetra found it adorable, giggling andd leaning down to pet Mantagues head every few times. After awhile though, it did start to get irritating.

[Doom]

"Oh, I can't say fer sure, but I'd wager one, maybe two hours tops." Danica shrugged. "At least I think."

[Crymzun]

"Oh, well that's not very long then.. Hey Jet why so quiet?" Nero was trying to add him into the conversation, as he didn't seem like he was enjoying himself very much.

[Neon]

Jet looked up. "Oh, I just don't like talking very much. I'm much better at listening is all." He said with a small smile. Montague dashed back to Jet and made a little "rrit rrit" sound, and Jet picked him up, carrying him like a kitty, petting him.

[Neon]

"OH look we're there."

[Crymzun]

Nero looks out at the expansive city "... yah looks like we are" He forces a smile and looks around nervously, paying very close attention to the group trying to seem as normal as possible. "...s so Danica umm where is this contest?"

[Raven]

The huge city sprawled ahead of them as they passed under the great arch onto the main street. Tall buildings surrounded them and they were very near the dome of the city's gym. The street was busy, but no one seemed to stop to look at the, let alone seem to recognize them. They were just a bunch of kids. A few people passed close enough that they nearly stepped on the pokemon who were still walking alongside their trainers, but no one said anything. Posters were plastered all over the place, and Demetra could definitely make out a missing poster with her face on it,but it was half-covered by a poster even more relevant. The bigger poster proclaimed, in big letters, GOLDENROD POKEMON CONTEST. Pictures of past contests were included along with details of the event in smaller letters.

Demetra looked at the half-covered poster uncomfortably. She wondered how big of a reward her parents had put out for her and dearly hoped no well-intentioned adults tried to take her back to her parents and that she didn't run into anyone from school. She really didn't want to be here. Still, her friends wanted to see the contest. "You like this sort of thing, Doomette?" She asked.

[Doom]

"That's what I'm here t' find out," answered Doomette, perusing the details on the poster in silence. After a moment, she glanced to the poster with Demetra's face on it, asking, "What have we here?" She took a closer look, then looked to Demetra with perplexity. "That's yer face right there. Ya famous 'r somethin'?"

[Gifted]

Demetra blushed a deep scarlet and shook her head. "N-no..." She didn't really want to tell them, but she felt she didn't really have a choice. "I... I ran away from home..." She pulled the advertisement away a little so they could see the word "MISSING" at the top, and a substantial monetary reward at the bottom. "My parents must have had it put up." She pulled it down and tore it in half.

[Doom]

A mischievous twinkle could be seen in Doomette's eye. "Interestin'." She turned back to the poster with the contest information. "Alright, let's see about the where and the when on this here contest."

[Raven]

It was that day, being held in the Goldenrod gym, which would be shut down for the day.
