"Well... this is pretty stupid." She laughed nervously. "But when he came up to me and helped me find my class, the way he spoke just kind of... I don't know. I found it a little grandiose, but he seemed to really believe what he was talking about. And then he mentioned something very personal about me that he couldn't have known, I hadn't told anyone yet... and I was sold."

"I would rather be too modest than too prideful," Kenny said, chuckling. "Nathaniel, what were you coming by for anyway?"
"Oh, I was just going to check if you needed anything. But it seems progress is happening already," Nathaniel said, grinning. "I'm going to speak to some others today, to see if I can help anyone else." He nudged Abigail's shoulder. "It was nice to meet you, Abbey."
