Kenny nodded. "Let me get dressed really quick," he said, heading upstairs. When he came back down, he was in his usual preachery attire. "Come on, time to get you to the hospital." He went out to the car and hopped into the driver's seat.

Kenny left for the college after that, hoping that things went well for her today, at least. He was wearing himself thin. He got to the library a few minutes before noon, and sat in to wait for Abigail.

Abigail showed up right on time, and her face lit up when she found Kenny waiting. She couldn't wait to learn. "Good afternoon. How's your day been so far?"
