Austin nodded his agreement. His eyes looked over the screens. "So what are you thinking so far?" Austin noticed he had the advantage of knowing six of them ahead of time.

"I'm not sure. Lots of them seem big and strong, but I bet more on brains then on brawn. I'd like to hear from them before I make any decisions."

[Gifted]

Amber Villein walked into the building only to realize just about everyone was already there. Oh well, no big deal. She scanned the contestants and realized the the thing was about to start. Great. Brilliant. Well, at least there was plenty of good stock to pick from this year.

[Raven]

Jack wasn't there for another ten minutes. It was a constant problem for him. He was always late, even to things that involved his best friends. And he was always disappearing. That was what had gotten Leia captured that had led to him taking Rory Villein's regular spot. Jackson didn't apologise for being late, he just ducked in and took a seat. Very shortly, all the screens blanked out for a second before becoming one larger screen, showing the host. As they watched, Julian spoke. "We're going to start off with interviews. Eight tablets have been left there for your use. Should you have any questions during the course of the interview, merely write them out and they will be delivered to our interviewer. They will start momentarily." The screens went blank again.

Jade went to go pick up a tablet when she noticed something in front of her far more interesting than a piece of technology. "Well what do we have here." Even after fifteen years, she recognized that man. She smirked.
"Jack."

Jackson looked extremely nervous when he heard her, until he looked at her. Then he looked shocked. "Jade?"

[Gifted]

Jade chuckled. "I didn't think you had the stomach for this sort of thing." She told him in a tone of cool approval. "It's nice to see you again."

[Raven]

"Well I thought you were dead, guess we were both surprised," jack said. "I haven't seen you in over a decade."

[Gifted]

"I'm aware of that Jack. I moved on." Jade replied. "Come on, the interviews are about to start."

[Raven]

Jackson sighed, but didn't press the issue. He picked up his tablet. The screens came on again, again acting as one. This time they showed a woman - one who had been on one of the little screens before. "Tell us about yourself. What's your name?" Julius asked from off camera. Files existed on the tablets with each of the contestant's names. It allowed them to take notes, and included a picture, so they would already know this was Roseanne. But Julius was just trying to get her to start talking.

"R-roseanne Absentia. W-what's going on?" Roseanne asked. She'd woken up with only the vaguest of memories on how she'd gotten there. She recalled going to give a presentation on eating disorders at a college... She'd finished her presentations.. she'd answered the questions of the people who'd hung back... why couldn't she remember leaving the college?

[Raven]

"I'm just going to ask you some questions," Julian said. "What do you do for a living, Roseanne?"

[Gifted]

"I speak at schools and youth groups about eating disorders as well as drugs and alcohol." She replied.

Jade snorted. "Bo-ring. Next."

[Raven]

"Are you gifted, Roseanne?" Julius asked.

[Gifted]

"Why do you care?" Roseanne asked in a surprised tone.
