"I am so sorry I did not mean to be making her more upset.. I just had want to say sorry for hurting feelings..." He tried to explain, shrinking into a terrified little ball, certain that a beating was coming his way.

Vladimir whimpered in honest terror and nodded vigorously.
"I am so very sorry. I did have meaning it to be taken like that... I thought good man gives flowers to say he is sorry for upsetting important lady??" he asked, desperate to know how badly he had screwed up.

Vladimir paled. At least, as much as he could with (literally) snow-white skin. He bowed, pleading,
"Brothers?? I am so sorry please to be forgiving me my prideful speakings to you!!"

Vladimir gulped and looked directly into his eyes, and waited for him to look away. While his long white eyelashed occasionally hid his eyes, from this angle there was no such hope. His eyes were demonic red, and they showed a broken man, if anyone bothered to notice.
