The White Zone

[Sparrow]

Cicerone pauses then looks back to Cristel,
“Host... I’m not all that sure about its history. I’ll tell you what I do know.” he says twitching his whiskers.
Carefully he sidesteps around a picture of a snake.
“For one, Host does not have your sister. It just masks itself with a familiar voice to confuse you and gain trust.”
He looks side to side to gain perspective.

“I see, I see. Well you should be wary of Host.” The voice says slightly shaken.
The source of the voice comes into view; revealing it to be a man sized peacock, dressed in a tuxedo. It holds a cane, showing that its wings form hands. It also wears a monocle and top hat.
It tilts its head and keeps a far distance,
“Who are you exactly?”

[Raven]

"Alexis Cassandra Clark, Princess of Lef, Daughter of King Adam and Queen Zerxaka, one of two heirs to the throne, and all that." The title clearly didn't mean much to her.

[Gifted]

Cristel sighed. "Well thats a relief." She said, smiling for what felt like the first time in awhille.

[Sparrow]

The peacock bows slightly,
“Greetings. I’m Nix.”
He looks up to her, and then looks at the horizon behind her.
“You are looking for a symbol I presume?”

Cicerone nods,
“Yes, you need not worry about that. However you will need all the help you can get.”
Quickly he darts around a picture that is to large to fully see.

[Gifted]

Cristel follows him, Yazermen close behind.

[Raven]

"Yes. Do you know where I could find it?"

[Sparrow]

Cicerone pauses looking around.
After a minuet he looks to Cristel,
“So what do you plan to do when you find the symbol? How many have you found, and how many are left?”

Nix looks side to side, checking that no one was listening.
“I may know where it is.” he says in a scheming tone.
He waves his hand to a point on the horizon.
“Way way over there is a waterfall, last time I saw it that’s where the symbol was.”

[Gifted]

"I found one and another girl I saw breifly found one, not sure ho many are left," she said after thinking about it. "I dunno what the symbols are for, so I don't know really wht to do with them... I just kinda woke up not at home and then Host tells me I have to collet these things... I don't know, I didn't really think it through. I just want to go home and know Ruby's alright,"

[Sparrow]

Cicerone nods,
“You’re not meant to do anything with the symbols. Just learn from finding them.”
He crosses over to the red water, the ground is slick like ice.
“This is all a test set up by Host. The last test will decide if you can leave or not.”

[Gifted]

"That's really... sick," Cristel said. "I mean I probably shouldn't be surprised, but that is really messed up,"
Yazermen changed into a Husky dog after realising his wolf paws gave him absolutley no grip on the slick surface.

[Sparrow]

Cicerone shuts his eyes sadly.
“Yes, I know.”
After a silent moment he opens his eyes and continues on, sliding around like a hockey puck.
“If you’re here then you must be on level one, if you fail against the level one boss then...”
He turns to glance to her.
“Then, you can never leave. That’s what happened to me.”

[Raven]

"Next question, can I trust you?" she asked.

[Gifted]

"Wait, are you saying...." Cristel said, unable to complete the entire sentance. Yazermen, however, was worried about something different.
"Wait a second, we've already defeated one boss, so how can we still be on level one?" he asked.

[Sparrow]

Nix tilts and shakes his head,
“No, not really. Can you trust anyone really?”
He looks off to the horizon again.

Cicerone slides to a stop and does his best to stay balanced.
“What boss did you defeat?”
He tilts his head, and then slips again.
After finally gaining balance he looks to Cristel,
"Excuse me, I didn't quite catch that."

[Raven]

Alexis smiled. "I was able to trust a rabbit in the first place," she said. "The dark one. And a mole in the light."
