The Gifteds of Forsvar

[Raven]

"I meant when I pull the poison out of your system. Right now. I don't rightly care if you dislike your training," Katrina replied. "You won't be able to whine to me then unless one of them gets you. It isn't very often I get to see someone before they start training. You don't squirm quite so much after." Her eyes glowed with laughter. She pulled a sharp-looking object from the shelf and walked back to him.

[Dokeshi]

"You seem to enjoy this a bit too much, have at me then." He had a bad feeling and put his tongue between his teeth.

[Raven]

"I'm just messing with you. Don't worry," Katrina assured him. She placed one hand gently on his ankle above the sprain. Moments later, he would have felt nothing. "And I'm done." She smiled. "See, not so bad. I just like making it out to be worse than it is. Especially for those tough guys who can fight through anything." She laughed slightly. "I drew the toxin out as well as healed your ankle, you should be good to go. But if your ankle doesn't move, you experience any stabbing pains, or bleeding, let me know." She smiled to show she was joking.

[Dokeshi]

He chuckled slightly," I have a feeling I won't meet anyone else like you here, good to know there is someone with a sense of humor here...maybe I should get hurt often to come visit, then again they might just decide I'm a liability and leave me to die. Perhaps I'll see you again." He waved and came back outside and stood before the masked woman again.

[Sparrow]

“Should have known you two were goofing off as usual.” Maxwell sighs.
He continues to look in the direction of whomever or whatever is approaching.
“Well what are you telling me for? Get them inside.” he says calmly.
He glances over to Yazmin,
“So what did they do to you to make you join?” he asks.

[Gifted]

"Well, I suppose it's partially my fault. I gave them something to take advantage of. I got into a fight with this kid and ended up burning a house down, killing the baby trapped inside. Then my brother was blamed for it and sentanced to death." She told her story in a matter-of-fact voice that made both boys shudder.

[Raven]

The woman nodded at him. "First off, can you guess who I might be?" she asked.

"Come on," 3952 said to Rick and Jared.

Jessamine frowned. "How many kids are there out tonight??" she asked, coming upon Clark.

[Sparrow]

“That’s messed up.” he replies calmly.
“So what are you going to do now that you’ve been booted from the Guard?” he asks just as calmly.

[Gifted]

Rick looked at Jared nervously. He wasn't liking this one bit... but all things considered, Forsvar was still the safest place on earth. Jared shrugged. I dunno, man.
This one was up to Rick.
"All right," He said, and the two turned to follow the Guard, Rick not altogether comfortable with this new development. He solidified his defences around himself and stretched out to protect Jared too in case this guy tried anything funny.

"No idea," Was all Yazmin said.

[Raven]

3952 turned back towards the city. "See you again, Yazmin?" he didn't wait for an answer.

[Gifted]

"Probably not," She said to the Guards retreating back.

[Raven]

"I asure you, the Guard is here to help, and it works. They do take care of their members," 3952 said after a while. They had almost reached the wall of the city.

[Gifted]

"I believe the first part," Rick said honestly. He did understand the Guard was here for a good purpose, but at that high of a cost?

[Sparrow]

Maxwell turns to watch the group leave then looks to.
“I assume that means you’re no longer going to follow the Guards orders then?” he asks just to be sure.

[Raven]

"I'll ask you not to tell anyone about tonight," 3952 "Because if people start thinking that they'll be saved when they're outside at night, people will be more careless than they already are. We have better things to do than try to figure out where everyone might be."
