Vincent glares sharply at the men harassing Chi, then glares to the one forcing him along. He had a feeling it would earn him a zap, but he figured since he had this collar on he'd have to expect more in the future. He continues walking along with the men leading him, then a few feet from the exit he turns a glare to the one that seemed more 'jerkish' and spits blood in his face. He was right, he got a strong shock for that. He keeps from falling to the ground, only just barely, and stays still stunned from the shock. The one spat upon stands completely still for a moment then wipes the chilled blood off with his hand. He has a difficult time flicking it off his hand as it has already froze onto the glove. "Please note.... That 57-117 has the tendency to spit blood in peoples faces..." he says in masked anger. He glares at Vincent before shoving him ahead. Vincent now follows the order and walks along at the pace they set.

The man continuously pushes her along, threatening to hit her with the cattle prod. This was all too familiar, "I wish no one had found me. I've been revived only to be placed in the same situation, with the same kind of people." she thought to herself, glancing back at the man. She felt she would cry again. Scared and frustrated that she was being put through this, she didn't ask for this. Then again, did any of the poor souls who were here ask for it? She did her best not to cry, knowing he would probably bully her for that too. He was the type. They entered a long white hall way. She could sense a few people in the rooms on either side of the hall way. Some sat still, while others crawled around and clawed at the walls like beasts. Some called her, looking at her through the tiny sliver of glass in the thick metal doors. They made noises and cat calls to her as they passed. Once they all noticed there was 'fresh meat' ,as one had said, they all got noisy. There were not many, but there were enough to annoy the man that was escorting her. The man pushed her into her new cage and slammed the door. He turned, ordering the rest of them to be quiet. His angry voice, booming over the chatter of the other test subjects. All was dead silent after wards, even after he left. The room was solid white, empty, and completely illuminated in white light. She found a corner to sink into, curling up into a ball. Frightened. They acted like animals, many had gone mad because of the cruel and painful experiments they have had to endure. She read their thoughts, see their paths. This was more unfair than she could have imagined, which is saying a lot. "What will they do to me? Will I become like one of them? Will the pain be so great I too will go mad?" she whimpered. Tears soaking the blindfold. She leaned her forehead on her knee. Shivering, it was cold here too. "It's just like before." she said to no one in particular. Hugging her knee. She pulled at the collar, there clearly was no way of taking it off. She sat quietly, wondering if Vincent was going through the same thing. "He seems so strong, surely he is alright." she thought. Tired, tears silently falling. She made an attempt to reach him, "Hello?" A simple message, but she was so physically and mentally drained it took some effort just to reach out. She wasn't even sure it would reach him. From what she could tell, this place was huge and there was no way of telling how far away they could be from each other before they couldn't communicate. Knowing them, they've probably figured it out and have made sure they could never speak. This thought made her feel all the more alone.

Vincent is lead down a long cold hall, other experiments jeer at him as he passes. He does his best to ignore them, only causing them to try and catch his attention all the more. "What are you, deaf?" one calls as he passes. No but I'm mute. he thinks. Another experiment, noticing the blood on one of the employees faces, chimes in, "What happened to you? Run into a wall or something?" A cattle pron strikes the metal door, sending a shock through it which sends the experiment back a few paces. The men leading him stop short and open an empty cell. The one he had spat on attempts to give him a hard shove from behind, to force him in the cage. Vincent side steps causing the man to trip forward a few feet, however he kept on his feet. The man turns a glare back in response only to have Vincent, once again, spit blood in his face. Vincent receives another shock from his collar. "That's it! I'm killing him!" the one spat on angrily shouts. The other man escorting Vincent quickly grabs the man spat on to hold him back. "Cool it. It's not worth it." he says quickly trying to calm his fellow employee. While the angry man is being held at bay Vincent walks into his cell and sits in the center. The man holding the other one back shuts and locks the door. "Come on, lets get out of here." he says with authority, then turns and walks to the exit. The angry one glares into the cell through the tiny window, "This isn't over you undead freak." he snaps lowly then follows after his fellow employee. That's when Vincent thinks here hears something, a familiar voice, calling hello. It sounded distant. ...Chi? he thinks a bit confused. After a moment of hesitation he gives it a shot. Chi, can you hear me? he asks in thought, hoping it reaches her.

Silence, finally she found the power to silence the constant stream of frantic thoughts and visions that buzzed in her mind like a pack of angry bees. She sighed and leaned hear head back. None of the voices were Vincents. Suddenly a voice breaks through the air. Vincents voice, clear as a bell, rings through her mind. "Vincent?" she calls back, relieved. "So they haven't figured it out, good." she says. Letting her self to smile little. A sudden bang could be heard down the hall, making her jump. It repeats over and over. Someone was trying to get out. "It's horrible, everyone here has just gone crazy. They are just like Jack, scattered thoughts and crazed minds." she said tired from the thick flow of information. She sighed "Are you alright?" she asked, knowing that he probably messed with the guard some more after she left.

It's the same over here. Though a few just seem.... Prison type? He listens to mocking between experiments is several cells, the sound of scraping was evident as someone was attempting to claw out of their room. I'm fine. Though I think I made an enemy of one of the guards. He was all like "This isn't over" then he ran off. How are you holding up? Some one a few cells down began whistling some song he knew he knew, but couldn't remember. The others fall silent in their jeering for the time being.

She listened carefully, feeling herself fading into and out of sleep. "Well try not too make him too mad. Goodness knows what he'll do." she said curling up more, the air was still cold. She paused when she heard him asks if she was alright, how odd it felt to be asked that. "Yes, Just a little tired is all. " she said. She flinched when a door at the end of the hall way opened, the footsteps came closer. She froze, knowing who they were about to call out. The man from before opened her cell door, "Test time. Get up." he said with a smirk, obviously seeing this as revenge for her attack earlier. "Now?" she thought, she was in no shape to fight anything. She didn't have time to protest or think before he pulled out that a cursed cattle prod. She quickly reached for her crutch and did her best to get up quickly. It took so much effort just to walk, she wasn't sure how she was going to defend herself. With any luck, they'll have her fighting some freaky creature again. Only this time, she would not have help. She was hurried into the arena elevator again. The people at the controls look at each other, not expecting much. "Your objective, is to survive." said the voice. The doors opened. The sight that greeted her was a bit of a shock. It was as though she had been transported to some sort of jungle. To her dismay, she could sense something large was waiting for her. It wasn't at all human. It was a beast, which meant it wouldn't have a flame. About an hour later, they dragged her to her cell and tossed her in. Too tired to move, she simply lay there. Blood soaking her clean blind fold. Claw marks on her back were lightly bandaged. the clothes she wore before were shredded, so they now had her in a tank top and shots, altered to fit her small frame.

Vincent grew worried as time went on without Chi speaking. Maybe she was sleeping, she was tired after all... Then he heard footsteps coming down the hall. They stopped in front of his cell. The one who opened the door was not the one he spat on luckily. "Come on you, get up." the man says shortly. Vincent gets up and follows the order. He is placed into an arena the same way as before, only this one was full of sand and the temperature was high. "Your objection is to survive." is sent over the loudspeaker. Great... he thinks bitterly. For awhile he wanders the arena with not so much as a sign anyone else was there. Then without warning, he is pulled under the sand. Several seconds go by with no signs to the people watching. "Guess that's it. How boring." A scientist watching the monitor says. A cry of pain from something sounding inhuman rings out. They watch the monitors intently. Sand on the surface moves and jumps as if a struggle is happening beneath it. After several seconds it stops, and Vincent pulls himself out from under the sand coughing hard for breath. A slash is on his right upper arm, where whatever was down there had bitten him. He crawls away from the sinking sand then waits for what he'd hope would be next. Thankfully it was the elevator. Several guards come in and drag him out, then eventually put him back in his cell. Vincent curls into a ball where they place him in the cell, exhausted and in racking pain from the bite he is sure must have some form of toxin in it.

Chi, leaned against the wall. "How long has it been, now?" she asked her self out loud, in a voice that was almost quieter than a whisper. It felt like an eternity had gone by since she first came here. Little did she knew, eternity was actually only a month. Her body ached. the gashes on her back from the fight with the tiger three weeks ago were slow to heal and they burned as though they were fresh. She shifted, trying to get what little wight she had off her back. She lay on her side. the floor as hard and icy as ever. She tried to move her arm, little cracks in the bone was evidence of the fight she had with a mechanical beast. It had brought it's large fist down on her arm. While she was able to repel it, it manage to fracture the bone a little. She tried to reach Vincent, she had learned to trust him a little more. She was happy to have met him, he was the only thing keeping her sane. She sighed, though she was able to control the amount of energy she used she was still forced to use so much that it made telepathy impossible at this point. She lay still, never budging until an odd presence greeted her. It was strong, she moved back some. It was also quite dark. Thankfully it wasn't near by, but it was powerful enough to alert her. It also felt eerily familiar. She tried contact with Vincent again to see if he could identify it, but she was still to drained. She hadn't seen him since they were separated, she hoped he was alright. While they were able to communicate, lately they haven't been able to, both were obviously kept busy in the arenas. By the time the fights were over, they couldn't always communicate.

Vincent lays in the center of the cell. He doesn't know why, but every time he's placed in a cell or room he gravitates towards the center. Though now that he thinks about it, he'd always been like that to some extent, even in childhood. He just ...hadn't noticed, and being here made it much more obvious. Today, at least he assumes it's day, he has an eerie feeling. More so then usual. Though that may be from the dread of possibly having going against something else soon. He'd already be put up against the creature in the sand, a small pack of wolves, and some type of quick moving thing that dived in and out of the forested arena he was placed in. Not to mention the check ups he got every so often. The wound caused by the sand creature had healed some, though it's still oddly numb. How long had he been here? How long would this last? Were some questions that popped up here and there. During the times he wasn't being tested he'd train his mental power of one portion of his mind leaving his body and wandering. He'd never get far, and one go seemed his limit, however each time he'd get a little bit further away before being slingshot back. It'd been several days since he could last contact Chi. He hoped she was okay. His head ached from mentally wandering. This time he'd checked out the mind of the one in the cell next to him. It was deranged to say the least. He has a sneaking suspicion that today will be a rather odd day.... compared to the rest. That's when he feels it. A dark presence. It seems distant, but it is there. Like a thick fog rolling in, or a black veil being let down. For whatever reason, this presence scares him more then others, it seems familiar somehow. ...For him to be able to sense it at this range, or at all for that matter as he's not as skilled as Chi in detecting this field; though he's been sharpening the skill, its thoughts must be incredibly dark. What the heck is that? he thinks worriedly. Worst of all, he had a feeling he'd eventually find out.

The presence was strong. She curled into a tight ball and whimpered, odd images flashing in her mind. Blood dripping on the floor, a blunt silver knife shaped object. There was laughter. Obviously this had something to do with the presence she was feeling, was it so strong she could see visions with out being near by? This indeed was a great cause for worry. She tried to call Vincent again trying to pass what she was seeing into his mind, but she was still too weak. All her energy spent, she fell asleep. Odd nightmares tormented her as she slept. The next morning, she awakened by the sound of her cell door opening. This, would obviously mean a test. She did her best to stand, but the mans impatience drove him to yank her up and shove the crutch into her hand before rudely shoving her forward. "Walk" he commanded.

Vincent continued sensing the presence until late into the night. It unnerved him so... It was so.... familiar. He sat awake until he couldn't take it anymore and fell asleep. Several times the dark presence jolted him awake. It felt almost like... the presence was draining him. Of either his energy, or maybe his sanity. It could just as easily be his weakening sanity that's playing this trick. Though it seemed real enough. Then the cage door slides open. The guard he had offended stands smirking with a cattle prod in hand. "Time to go freak." he says smugly, obviously knowing something Vincent did not. Not wanting to waste mental energy he knew he'd need, Vincent gets up and walks out, following the directions given.

Going down a corridor they neared a door where there was a massive room. To her horror, this room was filled with hundreds of other tests subjects, poor beat up bodies stood idly, staring into space. The more sane ones walked around aimlessly, their eyes holding the same emptiness. Her blind fold was removed, and she was left alone. Such horrific wounds, gaping holes allowing you to either see inside or through them, whole pieces of flesh missing. She backed away, was this how she looked to other people? She wondered. She looked down, her vision was slightly disrupted by something white hanging in front of her face. She swatted at it only to find that it flopped right back to where it was. She grabbed it and found it was hair, her hair. As a reaction to the injections, her hair had turned pure white. It was normal for discoloration of hair, eyes, or even skin to sometimes happen, but going from jet black to snow white was an extreme change. Her mind was taken off this when another presence was felt entering the room. She turned her head in that direction. It was familiar, could it be Vincent? She hoped so, it had been a moth since she last saw him, he seemed changed some how. She began to walk in that direction, when she paused. Why would they put them both in a room filled with hundreds of other people, weren't they supposed to be separated? This was odd. Instead she called to him, keeping on this side of the room, giving the look she hadn't noticed him enter the room. "Vincent?" she asked cautiously.

((YouTube broke for me. DX Now I can't get on there... Is there anywhere else we can chat?))
Vincent hears her mental call, but something isn't quite right, he is still in the hall.... but there was a similar presence. Like a mirror to himself, and it grows stronger as he draws closer. Chi? Can you hear me? he sends in response, trying not to sound nervous, but somewhat failing as it's difficult to hide mentally. By the signal of the presence he can't tell if it was in another room, or the one they just lead him into. Many experiments wander aimlessly, like a cosplay for Night of the Living Dead or a company meeting, only worse. He couldn't help but feel sorry for them. Then the presence distracted him once again. What is it? It seemed so close to match him, but... chaotic maybe? Was it some type of experiment? Like a clone? Or could it be?...... No. That was unlikely.
From behind a blackout pane of glass on the room floor's level stands a figure hidden by the barrier of glass. Casually crossing his arms behind his back and lightly amused he watches his fellow experiments wander about. Then he notices something, one that was defiantly familiar, one that he knew, the one he had caused to be brought here...and that Karma had caught up with him for.... He narrows his oddly clouded red eyes curtly, "So there you are little brother... I wonder if you'll remember me." he says in a scheming whisper to himself. It wouldn't be long before he would be able to find out.

Chi caught the unease, this did not help her own uneasyness as she struggled to stay calm. The other pressance was distracting, it was so strong. She walked along the wall, trying to act like she was lost and had no idea what was happening or where she was. "Vincent, he feels like you" she said, firghtened. It felt just like Vincent, only overwelmingly dark. She leaned against the wall, trying to see if she could read his thoughts, thi was instantly fruitless. His mind was sealed.
She felt Vincent enter the room, he was several yards from her now. She wanted to go to him, but it could prove a fatal mistake. The pressence was starting to make her feel sick. It confused her, Vincent was just yards from her, but the pressence was almost identical and made her feel like he was just abit above her. had it were not for the darkness it held she wouldn't have been able to tell who was who. She stayed where she was and leaned against the wall. Maybe they coudl meet up, if she stayed up and he walked around a bit, he would logicaly run into her sometime. She passed this idea to Vincent.

Vincent got the message. Alright, I'll find you, and make it look like a random run in. For the next several minutes he wanders around the room, every here and there pausing to watch a random experiment. Even after sighting her he walks around a minute more before coming across her. Chi, you okay? He stays a few feet away and doesn't look directly at her to avoid suspicion. This entire time he feels as if this presence is watching him. ...It is.
Victor keeps a keen eye on Vincent wherever he goes. This dark amusement keeping him entertained. He wondered if his brother had any friends here... It had always been fun to mess with them in the past. Especially the ones that just 'disappeared'. While watching all the goings on he unconsciously hums a rhyme under his breath, pop goes the weasel, at a much slower pace then the song intends.
