Sparrow and Rachel's Zome OnexOne

[Rachel]

Jonah, still pointing the shotgun at Vincent, stepped forward and picked the note up, opening it and reading it.
Lily didn't have to read the note to feel just a little sorry for Vincent. When she did, it made her feel even more so. Jonah didn't move the shotgun away, at a loss for what to say. Lily bit her lip before speaking.
"He has a point..." she said loudly, so that Vincent could hear. "He found me alone, and he didn't know that I had a handgun on me, but he still didn't attack me..." She tapped the pocked her of jumper as she spoke. (Rose didn't attack Victor because she didn't know that she had a weapon on her, and even if she did, she probably would've hidden from it. XD)

01372 didn't answer his question, but the proposition made him even more curious.
"And what would this proposition of yours be?" he asked evenly.

[Sparrow]

Vincent is surprised that Lily has a weapon, and wonders why she didn’t use it on Victor.
After a moment he writes, “True, plus why would I have fought my own brother to protect you? He even called me a goodie-goodie.” he folds the paper up and flicks it over.



Victor pauses for a moment thinking of how best to explain.
“As I see it from what you’ve told me, you like to snuff out life.” he says calmly, coughs, then continues,
“However I find it, tedious.” he pauses for a moment.
“I can sniff out survivors quite easily (and literally XD), to check whether or not they’re on my mailing list.” he says then pauses to cough.
“Seeing as there is only a one in I’d say a hundred thousands of a chance they will be on the list, there are many who need to be disposed of.” he holds up his mailing list.
“If we team up, I can find more survivors, and you can get rid of the one’s not on the list as you see fit.” he says calmly, and then puts the list back in his mailbag.
He looks up to 01372 watchfully,
“So, what do you say?” he asks calmly tilting his head.

[Rachel]

Again, Jonah picked the note up and both of them read it. Jonah wasn't sure what to make of this. Perhaps, he could let Vincent come with him for now...
"I don't know what happened with his brother, but he hasn't hurt us yet, so why would he in future?" she asked Jonah. He narrowed his eyes before sighing.
"Fine. C'mon, both of you. We should leave before that thing comes back," he said, frustrated. Standing there thinking about it wasn't going to get them anywhere. Jonah made a mental note to keep an eye on Vincent all the same.

01372 thought for a moment, considering the offer. Then, he nodded.
"I accept," he said, wincing as he shifted his hand on the wound. With Victor's help, he'd be able to find many more people that needed darkness, which was exactly what he wanted. "But, should you find yourself crossing me, you shall be the one that is no more."

[Sparrow]

Vincent nods shifting his weight to stand strait. He unfolds his sunglasses and puts them back on. He keeps a watchful eye on Jonah, not fully trusting him. Then cautiously walks over, ready to bolt back down the hole if things went south. He nods to Lily as if to say “Thank you.” Vincent decides to keep a watchful eye on Jonah until they trust each other.


Victor smiles then nods.
“Ditto, its confirmed then.” he says calmly, then looks to the door.
“Let’s not waste any time then.” he says as he walks to the door, still being cautious of 01372.
He looks down the hall and sees the hole caused by the fallen Wyvern. He reacts by dropping his jaw.
“Okay... When did that happen?” he asks surprised.
Cautiously he steps out into the hall way, then walks over to the hole, peering down.
“I think something’s down there.” he says calmy, hearing a voice causes the Wyvern's eyes to snap open. The Wyvern glances around the bottom floor; however being unable to climb back up it remains still.

[Rachel]

Jonah turned and began stalking off down the hall. Lily produced a small smile and followed after the zombie hunter, making sure to stay behind him.
"We should get out of here..." Jonah said stiffly, not asking whether they should or wanted to.

01372 retrieved both of his knives and followed Victor outside, peering down the hole as well. His face was expressionless. "You don't say," he said, quickly becoming bored of the Wyvern. He stood next to the hall and messed around with the slice on his neck. The bleeding had slowed down.
"What is it?"

[Sparrow]

Vincent nodded, agreeing with Jonah. By all the damage the Wyvern had caused to the building’s structure he figured it was now unsafe. He follows quietly behind them, then takes out his notebook and writes,
“There should be another set of stairs or a fire escape somewhere nearby. There are usually maps on the inside of room doors pointing out things like that.” He pulls the page out of the notebook and holds it out for one of them to read.


Victor focuses his eyes to see the bottom floor. However the Wyvern moves down the hall out of view.
“What ever it is, its gone now.” he says, then quickly loosing interest he turns to walk down the hall. He remains quiet and only stops walking to decide what way to turn at a split in the path. For a minuet he looks to the left, then looks to the right. His eyes narrow as he looks to the right. Quietly he walks down the hall sniffing the air, and stops in front of a door. He narrows his eyes looking down, and listens. There is a low sound of a board creek in the room. With that he shoots a look up and kicks the door in. A man standing in front of the window jumps in surprise. With out waiting for a response Victor walks in and stops keeping far from the man.
“What’s your name?” Victor asks semi harshly, pointing at the man.
“W-what?” the man asks shaken.
“If you lie and give me a fake name it will ensure your death.” Victor replies coldly.
The man puts his hands up in defense.
“Okay, okay. My name is Felix Dodgeson.” he says in a panicked tone.
Victor takes his list out and quickly flips through it, then he looks over to 01372.
“He’s not on the list.” he says calmly, putting the list back in his mailbag.

[Raven]

Coralynn Villien finally poked her head out from her eighth-story appartment's front door, looking around to see if anyone was there. She was sure she'd heard something, but with these appartments, it might have been several floors up or down.

[Rachel]

Lily took the note and read it while Jonah ignored Vincent. Lily tapped him on the shoulder. "Uh... he says that there should be a fire exit or some stairs somewhere," she said and Jonah nodded. "And there are maps on the inside of doors that point them out, which is probably a wise thing to have..."
"Yeah, I get it," Jonah said darkly.

01372 followed Victor in silence, amused at the way he sniffed around. When he kicked in the door, the serial killer leaned against the door frame. When Victor said that he wasn't on the list, 01372 grinned sadistically and wandered forward slowly, almost menacingly.
Once he had made it to the window, he lifted the hand with the obsidian blade in it and plunged it into Felix's chest.

[Raven]

Coralynn slowly walked down the hall and downstairs. (7th floor)

[Sparrow]

Vincent suddenly heard the faint sound of walking. Focusing he pinpoints it, in the next hall they’re about to pass. He taps on Lily and Jonah’s shoulders, then quickly writes
“Something is in the next hall.” then holds the paper out.

Felix, to scared to react, is it and dies.
Victor smiles,
“One down, an entire city populace to go.” he says calmly, then turns and exits to the hall, then waits for 01372. In the hall he focuses, listening for any slight sound. After a while he looks up.
“Time to find little bro.” he thinks darkly.

[Rachel]

Lily read the paper and her eyes widened. "Oh?" she whispered, concerned. Jonah looked over and read it as well. He shrugged and continued on down the hall, pointing the gun as he turned the corner.
Upon spotting a person, he resisted the urge to pull the trigger of his shotgun. After finding the other two, he wouldn't be surprised if there was other survivors. He didn't say anything but stood against the wall. Lily stood next to Vincent warily.

01372 licked his blade clean and turned around, wandering over to the door. "Let us find more that are not on the list," he said to Victor, grinning. He left and followed after him, toying with the knife in his mouth.

[Raven]

Lynn was picking her way through the hall, trying to avoid anything that could trip her, so she didn't immediately notice the three people, or the gun. But when she did, she froze. "Who are you?" she asked, just loud enough for them to hear.

[Sparrow]

Vincent watches the person cautiously.


Victor smiles, then looks to 01372.
“I believe my goodie goodie brother is up stairs. Along with his survivor friends. Do you think we should go after them?” he asks calmly, not really caring if they went after them now or later.

[Rachel]

"Just my luck," Jonah muttered, frustrated. Lily heard him and shot him a glare.
"Who are you?" she retorted calmly, shuffling closer to Jonah slightly.

"Why would I say no?" 01372 said with a grin, nibbling the knife and starting down the hall.

[Raven]

"My name's Coralynn," Lynn replied uncertainly.
