Sparrow and Rachel's Zome OnexOne

[Sparrow]

((I reread the Wyvern in the hall part, and all I could think of was a Sony Ness game giant head boss thing chasing Mario. XD So I had to think of a way to make it plausible. So the hall is about 12 feet wide and 9 feet tall. XP))

Vincent thought it was strange that she didn’t remember, but came to a possible conclusion.
“Does she have a split personality? She did call herself Rose...” he thinks confused, but smiles back to her.
He shakily writes, “Actually you got attacked by my brother, I was accidentally hit in the crossfire.” Then hands her the paper, then writes “Are you two okay?” then hands the paper to Jonah. After a while a sharp creaking is heard above. Vincent looks up unnerved, then thinks,
“Hold up... That thing jumped through a brick wall... So if it’s that heavy, than that can only mean...” before the thought is finished the ceiling above them starts to crack. Vincent frantically flails his arm to point at the ceiling, seeing that it’s about to collapse.



Victor shuts his eyes as if disappointed with a child.
“Don’t be condescending to me.” he says calmly stepping away from the window. He looks to 01372, keeping a weary eye on him.
He walks over to the pen and paper on the floor, then bends down and picks them up. Quickly he marks an X on the sign here line, then folds the paper and puts it in the mail bag. He places the pen in his pocket, then turns to the door.
“I now have no reason to stay here, good day sir.” he says with a kind calm, which is unusual to him. Then he walks towards the door, not bothering to keep an eye on 01372.

[Rachel]

((That's one big hall. XD))
"Oh... I'm sorry," Lily muttered reading the note. Jonah looked at the paper Vincent handed him.
"Yep," he replied. "We're fine."
Lily shot him a glare but said nothing. When the ceiling began to crack, Jonah's eyes widened and he grabbed Lily's hand - not as carefully as Vincent had done before - and began running. She cried out in pain and tried to jerk her hand out of his grasp because he had taken the bandaged arm. He didn't let her.

01372 glared at him as he passed and, before he could stop himself, attacked Victor from behind. He aimed a blow to Victor's neck while grabbing his shoulder to pull him back without thinking and, when he realised what he was doing, hoped that Victor hadn't realised his intentions before.

[Sparrow]

(I know right? XD)
Vincent ran following after them. He notices how Jonah grabbed Lily’s damaged arm.
“Moron...” he thinks before grabbing Lily’s other hand to lessen the strain on her damaged arm. The Wyvern falls through the ceiling and crashes through several more floors before hitting the ground floor. Dust fills the bottom floor.

Victor had been caught off guard, however before the blade made heavy damage he broke free of 01372’s grip. He jumped and landed on the door. (You know like the top of the door. XP) He glares 01372, noticing how he’d been cut on the back of his neck.
“Why you foolish little...” before he could complete his sentence there is a loud crash, followed by a plume of dust. The dust quickly settled.
Ignoring the crash he glares at 01372, shaking the dust off himself.
He holds the box cutter getting ready for an attack.

[Rachel]

Lily's immediate reaction to the Wyvern falling through the ceiling was ducking. Her head and shoulders shot down, but she continued running.
Upon realising that it had fallen through other floors, she asked, "D-do you think it'll come back?"
Jonah shrugged, glancing back over his shoulder.

01372 squatted down in a more powerful position than just standing up and waited. He didn't know who would make the next move but he hoped that he had the opportunity first.
He slowly sneaked around, trying to get in close. Once he was close enough, he rushed forward and kicked the door backwards, hoping to knock Victor off.

[Sparrow]

Vincent stops running after he hears the Wyvern hit the bottom floor. He looks to Jonah and Rose and holds his hand up to show, “Wait”.
He inches his way to the hole and peers down.
The Wyvern makes a small sound as if it’s injured.
“Answer....Nope.” Vincent thinks, then turns around giving a thumb up.
A sharp crack is heard, Vincent freezes then looks at the floor.
As the floor creaks louder he thinks, “Aw poodlegedon” before the floor gives out under him. He falls three floors down, and lands in a pile of dust and debris causing a loud crash. He sits up.
“Ow...” he thinks confused.


Victor indeed fell off the door, however he landed on top of 01372. Victor took the chance to use the box cutter, and aimed at the man’s neck. Then blindly jumped back and tripped over a chair. He gets up slightly dazed.

[Rachel]

"Vincent!" Lily cried in alarm when the floor collapsed under him. She went to move forward but Jonah stopped her, still wary about both Vincent and the Wyvern.
"Don't. He's more than likely dead. We should keep going," he said. When Lily glared at him, he shrugged again. "Or, I could go without you and leave you here with your dead buddy."

Victor sliced 01372's skin, just above his collarbone. He hissed in pain and when Victor got off his, he clutched his neck and shoulder, putting pressure on the bloody wound.
He staggered to his feet and, even more enraged, threw the blade at him without aiming.

[Sparrow]

Vincent looked up dazed, then shook his head snapping him into reality again.
“What the? The floor caved in...” he thinks somberly.
He crouches down getting ready to jump, then takes a moment to think about where to jump to. He picks a spot and jumps onto the next floor, then repeats the steps until he’s out of the hole. When he gets onto the floor Lily and Jonah are on he looks to them, then smile's as if saying, “I’m okay.”

Victor stood up just as the knife was thrown. He shot a look up but couldn’t dodge in time. The knife strikes him in his left side, hitting his lung, causing him to loose his balance for a second. He glares at the knife in pain, then pulls it out and casts it to the floor. He stands up facing 01372 coughing slightly, holding a hand on his wound. He is unsure of what to do next so he glares at him then coughs. He spits a small amount of blood when he coughs again.
“Dang, stand time EPIC FAIL.” he thinks darkly.

[Rachel]

All Lily and Jonah could do was stare.
Lily was first to recover. "What... You're fine? How?" she asked shakily. She had assumed that the fall would at least harm him.
Once Lily had spoken, Jonah's eyes narrowed suspiciously. His hand tightened around the shotgun and he became edgy.

01372 didn't think twice about Victor's not being dead. He slowly backed away, searching for the other knife, the one he had thrown at Vincent.
When he couldn't find it, he stopped near the opposite wall and waited to see if Victor was going to attack him again.

[Sparrow]

Vincent smiles and nods to reply to Lily. However he frowns at Jonah, sensing that he’s nervous. He tilts his head as if asking “What’s wrong?”. He decides to stay near the hole until Jonah calms down, just in case. He straitens his sunglasses but doesn’t remove them.


Victor sees that 01372 had no weapon but doesn’t attack. His injury is too distracting.
He glares at him silently for several minuets.
“I have a question...” he says calmly.
He pauses to cough.
“Why are we fighting?” he finishes.

[Rachel]

Jonah didn't answer Vincent's unspoken question.
"H-how did you get up here?" Lily asked, confusion evident in her tone. "You fell down... and..." She didn't finish. Instead, she shook her head, frowning.

01372 didn't answer for a moment, considering the question carefully. He was right. Why were they fighting?
He slowly brought his hand up and flicked his hair out of his face, revealing a second green eye. He breathed in and said, "I don't like you."

[Sparrow]

Vincent grabs his note book and writes,
“I can jump back down and use the stairs if you’d like.” he folds the paper into a tiny square and flicks it over to them. He shifts his weight back by moving his right foot back, getting ready to jump back down if Jonah tried anything.


Victor tilts his head,
“Big news buddy, I don’t like you either.” he says semi harshly.
He straitens his stance keeping an eye on him.
“Is that a good enough reason to try to kill each other?” he asks calmly.
Then coughs a bit.

[Rachel]

Lily picked up the note and read it, his answer not easing her confusion at all. "But... how did you get up if you didn't use the stairs?" she asked slowly. Jonah touched her arm as if trying to warn her. She ignored him.

01372 didn't move, and, although he had an immediate answer, he didn't say anything at first.
"Yes," he finally said, tilting his head to the side, assuming that Victor didn't think so. He didn't know why, though, because to him it seemed like a perfectly good reason.

[Sparrow]

Vincent writes,
“I jumped back up.” Then folds the paper into a square and flicks it over.
He then quickly writes,
“Your right Jonah. But I have no intent to harm you two.” and fold the paper the same way and flicks it over.
He figured he should just tell them, they would find out anyway.


Victor shakes his head.
“That’s a shame then.” he says calmly.
He looks to 01372.
“Why do you think that way.” he asks calmly, he felt the same way but only towards people not on his list.
“Do you just like snuffing out life?” he asks tilting his head.

[Rachel]

Lily picked up both notes and opened them. Jonah read over her shoulder. Lily glanced up at Jonah, quickly putting two and two together.
Jonah pointed the shotgun at Vincent steadily, stepping in front of Lily.
"And how can we be sure?" he asked, not questioning why he wasn't mindless like the rest. He decided to put their survival first.

01372 was confused by this, but he didn't let it show. "Do you not?" he asked, almost curiously, unable to see why one wouldn't.

[Sparrow]

Vincent writes,
“I’ve been protecting you two. If I wanted to hurt you, why wouldn’t I have done so when we’re all recovering?” then folds the paper and flicks it over. He reaches for his sunglasses, pauses, and takes then off. He looks to them with a sad expression.

“I have reasons for what I do. Do you is the question.” he says calmly.
He pauses for a moment.
“I believe I have a proposition for you. If you’ll hear me out.” he says calmly.
Then coughs.
