Leader Meeting Island

[FoxTrott]

"No, keep talking," Fox said, looking at Crow, "We were getting somewhere as to who attacked Adam. Let me say the obvious thing: the first person we'd suspect, if Diz were ruled out, is Crow, right? It makes sense that somebody could have framed him." She leaned forward with her elbows on the table, and sat her head atop folded fingers.

"Did you bring snacks?" Fox whispered after a moment. Mimi rolled her eyes, opened the briefcase, and tossed a plastic baggie under the table to Fox. She opened it, and tried to stealthily eat graham crackers as the conversation continued.

[Raven]

"For some reason I took that as code for 'you're working on something big.' Silly me," Raven said.

[Dokeshi]

"Not particularly...maybe I should make a big sandwich when I head home.." Crow was obviously easily distracted.

[Gifted]

Wait... One of Crows robots were in Ravnoia? That suggested an alliance between the two, and crow's involvement... and crow of all people had motive...
Suddenly my earring uttered a low soft sound nobody but me and sharon could hear and I silently cursed.
My earring was attached to my ring. My ring was supposed to be reccording this conversation. But.. I had seen crow doing something odd just secounds before. he'd reached his hand under the table. So I concucted a plan to, hopefully gwet rid of the interferance.
"The Vaughn Street Glee Club," I began to awnser Fox's question "Has been a myth stirring around law offices for about twenty years. but recently it's been proven and most of the members thrown in jail. Even so, our media had a feild day with it," I sighed and continued. "So this kid comes in and asks to speak to me, and i figure I'd humour him, and he tells me this story. Several very rich, influental men have apparently formed this club and are killing people and committing crimes to get themselelves more money and better jobs and so on. He admits to going with a prostitute, and without knowing it at the time, went to one of the Clubb members for help, and they decided he'd murder the girl. Now this kid's a laywer, a pretty famous one, but this sounds pretty farfetched to me, so I go to a DA I know for help, figuring she'd know stuff about this sort of thing. Turns out, she's had run-ins with and knows about these people too, so me, this DA, and most of the PRP ((panem Royal police... Panems equivalent of the FBI)) manage to make it look like the kid killed the girl he was supposed to be killing. Anyways, long story short we caught most of the club and the kid didn't kill anyone, but he lost his reputation. And of course the media makes this big thing how all the members were District Attourneys, judges, a couple were in the PRP, just basically the highest you could get without being involved with the crown. Scared the crap out of people, " I made a hand gesture a little too firmly and my ring came off, rolling under the table. Expecting this, I knelt down to pick it up. "Eww, gross crow, you run a country now you're not in school,m don't stick gum to the bottom of the table. and why is it blinking?" I retrieved my ring and looked at him with raised eyebrows. "Did you bug the place?"

[Raven]

Raven had been glaring at him before, but looked at the table when he said that. Her cheeks turned a light shade of pink, but it wasn't very noticeable beneath her make-up. "Crow, the meetings are intended to be private. Did you bug the room?" she asked.

[Dokeshi]

"I was just making sure no one else did, it's an emp this is supposed to be leaders and their one allowed guest only after all." Crow replied then started nibbling on his candy again, he'd eaten about three fourths of it by now.

[FoxTrott]

Fox munched nonchalantly on the graham crackers as Gifted spoke. She nodded, listening intently. Once Gifted's ring fell off, she reached under the table to try and get it, too. She saw the gum and immediately withdrew.

"Gross!" exclaimed the leader, getting back in her seat, "And to think I was about to give you some of my snacks... Shouldn't we already have an electronic disruptor of sorts running? Or have you all been recording this since the first meeting?" Fox frowned at the last part.

[Gifted]

"Well, you could have still said something about it, we would've agreed and you could have placed it on the table rather than sticking it to the table with gum. That's disgusting," I shook my head. "can you get rid of it?"

I smiled at Fox. "We SHOULD have one, but we don't."

[Dokeshi]

"I kept meaning to get to it Fox but..I don't get things done...it's not even a very reliable emp." Crow replied and bit a piece of his candy dramatically.

[Diz]

Seeing some of the other leader snacking really made her want some food. She was tempted to get the emergency fruit snacks out of the folder.

[FoxTrott]

"What're you eating, anyway?" Fox asked Crow, tilting her head. Then, quieter, "Can I have one?"

Mimi spoke up while Fox was occupied. "Even if it isn't reliable, we should keep the EMP on," she proposed, "In case anybody's trying to record the meeting."

[Dokeshi]

"Are you sure Fox? they are quite addicting, if you can't control yourself you might die." Crow said holding up the truffle.

[Gifted]

"as you've eaten almost the entire thing," I said, giving him an odd look.

[Raven]

Raven and Lynn had been whispering to each other, not paying attention to the rest of the conversation.

[Dokeshi]

"Oh don't worry about it I only carry one with me a day...that's only enough to make me hallucinate. If I had two a day then I might worry." Crow said looking at Gifted.
