"Diz, I'm merley pointing out that the people who own those machines, whoever they are, obviously have more than enough military power t o be the culprits," Gifted said in a haughty voice.

"And I am merely pointing out that I've no idea who those people are, or could be." Diz said in an almost lazy tone.

Sparrow listens as the conversation takes place, that is until Steve taps her on the shoulder. She looks up to him, "Hm, Yes?" she asks. He holds down a notebook, "Watch this." he says trying not to laugh. He folds the book back a releases the pages, the entire time he’s been drawing cartoon flipbooks. This flipbook showed Raven’s and Sparrow’s argument about the Orb complete with text bubbles. Anime affects were added including a clash of eye lightning. It takes her all to not laugh at the cartoon. She smiles hoping that will stifle the laugh, and it works for now.

Raven nodded. "Well, so far we only seem to have the world leaders and Ametris's mysterious missile launchers as possible culprits. As far as I know, there's no one in Ravonia with that power, but there is a person, possibly a group, who is tormenting the Ravonian population. Their skills at staying under the radar are remarkable."

"I'm not sure if it'll help but if anyone wants to look into these matters, I could assist by giving you a squad of my own to help check around in the darkest corners of your cities for possible suspects or a resolution to the problem."

"I don't know about the others, but I wouldn't want to impose on your hospitality," Raven said, glancing at Crow. Just seeing him made her feel guilty. She should have given him more of a chance. She smiled slightly. At least he would be able to make Fox happy.

Fox sunk into her chair, frowning at the notion a world leader could've destroyed Forli. "Well, we know it was a nuclear bomb," she began, "and that nukes are hard to create in complete secret. It was an intercontinental missile, so we can't examine Forlian airspace before the blast to find a bomber... though I've no idea how we'd look at the airspace in the first place... The missile could've easily come from a submarine craft. If it didn't come from one, somebody would've reported seeing it take off, unless the country is keeping them completely quiet."
Fox looked down at her lap. Which means, she thought, it could have come from anywhere... Bellum's too close to Talesworth for Crow not to notice, Crow wouldn't have done it, and Raven's not insane. Panem, Rillia, and Amestris seem like the top possibilities.

Emric tried very hard not to smirk. This was interesting, seeing the other countries worry about a trivial past matter like it changed anything. He kept his and Gifted's faces passivley nuetral for the time being, wishing they'd hurry up and get this stupid meeting over with.

Raven nodded. "Probably. Well, if no one else has any information on the topic, I would like to turn to other matters," she said. "Though before I declair any specific topic, is there anything any of you wish to share?"

Emric shook his head. There wasn't anything he could pretend the other countries could help him with, save the civil war that they probably already knew was about to start. Not tpo mention he got a bad feeling from Ravens thoughts and was getting ready to counter whatever she threw at him.

Sparrow and Steve look to each other, and whisper so lowly one would not even notice them talking unless watching them. “Should we warn them about the incident?” Sparrow asks whispering. “No, not at the moment. It’s unimportant unless one of them attacks Epocheia, or comes there.” Steve replies hushed. “You’re right.” Sparrow says lowly, then turns to watch the meeting again. The Orb scans the area from it’s perch. It makes a low static buzz before its eye blinks off and a pale blue line lights up on it.

Rachel opened her mouth to say something, but Flank interrupted her. "No," he said. "There isn't anything going on in Rillia at the moment." The last sentence was a white lie. They didn't need to know about the Rebellion, or what Rachel had in store for the rebels. He considered that to be a private Rillian issue.

Raven nodded. ((And this is where I refuse to accept I would ever turn out like this woman)) "On a brighter note," she said happily, "I hope you would all be willing to attend my wedding in two months. She leaned slightly to the side and pulled something out of a handbag/satchel. She passed them, much like the note she'd been sharing with Crow, to the specific leaders. Sparrow didn't get one. Crow, Sar, Rachel, and Diz's all looked identical on the outside, but Gifted's and Fox's were different, similar to each other. Good luck playing a bridesmaid, Emric, she thought smugly.

Gifted took the invitation and surveyed it with intrest. Both Rick and Emric were tottally confused. Why would Raven want Gifted at her wedding? At least in the state she was in now, it would do more harm than good. Raven was practically giving Emric access to the palace, assuming that was where the wedding would be held. Whatever secrets hidden inside would be at his disposal. Not too mention there was a high probability of war between Ravonia and Panem. It didn't seem like the greatest political move. Rick thew Raven a questioning look, but Emric controlled his expression better. He was impatient for this meeting to end.

Sparrow wasn’t the least bit surprised at not getting an invite, since no one knew that Epocheia had even formed a country yet. However the fact that Raven was getting married was intriguing to both Sparrow and Steve. Suddenly Sparrow and Steve’s watches give off a sharp pinging alarm and a small black light flashes. They both dart a look to their watches in panic. “The black light?” Sparrow says nervously. “T-that can only mean one thing...” Steve says grimly. They look to each other, trying to gather their thoughts to think clearly. The orb’s eye blinks back on being startled out of lurk mode. Sparrow buries her head in her hands at a loss as to what to do. Steve whips out a cell phone and tries to call someone, pacing back and forth. “The number you have reached has been disconnected....” The phone says after a few rings. “Aw man.” Steve says worried then tries to call again, getting the same message.
