Leader Meeting Island

[Gifted]

"Good Afternoon Crow, Mistress Raven," I said as they walked in, not bothering to introduce Sharon again. I noticed Ravens unusually serious expression but I thought that, like me, she was simply acting the part of a ruler. I smiled and sat down at the table, next to Sharon who'd already sat down after being introduced. As I sat sown, i put my arm on the table,to reveal a last minute addition to my outfit; A Large, clumsily made diamond ring was on my middle finger, the single damond on it unusually large compared to the erelitivley normal-sized gold band.

Crow nodded at Gifted and replied," Good morning Gifted." The truth was that he did just wake up and rushed over because he thought he would be late again, he ended up being early instead.

[FoxTrott]

Whuddawhuddawhuddawhudda.

A helicopter was maneuvered onto the island, blowing loose debris everywhere. Once it touched down, the blades began to slow to a stop. The copter looked like it belonged to a civilian instead of the government; there weren't any special dressings that designated it an official vehicle of the state, nor were there weapons that designated it a military vehicle. Fox's secretary jumped out of it when the blades came to a complete stop, and helped her leader down.

"Thanks, Mimi," mumbled Fox, trying not to throw up after the long flight. She was hunched over, breathing heavily. Her secretary sighed, and addressed the pilot.

"Stay here," Mimi said, assisting her leader in standing up, "Try to stay in communication with the mainland."

"I'm still going to get paid after this, right?" asked the pilot hopefully. He looked very informal, wearing a T-shirt and jeans. Mimi nodded, and the pilot grinned.

Fox straightened up, put her hands on her hips, and sighed. She hated these meetings, mainly because she had to dress up. She wore a ruffled, dark orange blouse with a white tie and white dress pants. (Fox absolutely refused to wear a skirt.) The leader had switched from large, black-framed glasses to square orange ones for the occasion. She tucked a lock of fiery orange hair behind her ear, and marched towards the meeting, followed by short orange dress-wearing and briefcase-toting Mimi.

"I hope I'm not late," Fox said, sliding into a chair with a cordial smile to everyone present.

((You certaintly like the colour orange don't you fox? and u dyed your hair orange?))
"Not at all, Madame Fox," I said in her direction as she went to sit down.

[Raven]

Raven had remained quiet, not even acknowledging Gifted when she said hello. She twitched slightly when Fox came in, then went back to staring at the table. "Does anyone really care if we start without Diz?" she asked, her tone flat.

[Gifted]

"Not particularly," I awnsered, startled by her strained voice and unformal demeanour

[Dokeshi]

Crow shrugged, it didn't mater either way to him.

[Diz]

"Sebby! We didn't leave the folder in the helicopter, did we?"
Diz stopped running to turn and look at Sebastian who was wearing a tuxedo and purple bow-tie. He kept running but held up a plain black folder with the country's coat of arms on it. Diz heaved a sigh of relief and exasperation before she followed after Sebastian to the meting room. She slowed to a stop before opening the meting room doors to smooth down her black dress that was tailored to show of her curves. It had spaghetti straps, each with a small bow on it, and was tight fitting before hitting her hips and becoming lose and flow-ey down to her knees. She also checked to make sure that her purple tights, simple black high heeled mary-janes, and arm-length purple gloves were all in order. She again sighed and then turned to Sebastian.
"Does my hair look okay?" He reached over and tucked a loose strand of hair back into her loose bun.
"You look lovely, your highness." Diz looked away embarrassed as he opened the door for her.
She quickly gained composure and walked into the room with her usual sharp looking gaze that seemed almost out of place because of her soft face.

[Raven]

"About time you got here," Raven muttered. "And since you're here, I may as well begin and explain why Adam isn't my companion to this meeting." She was glaring at Diz.

[Gifted]

I pretended not to notice her glaring, I would go over that by myself -or perhaps with Sharon and Colin and Kimberly- later. "I was wondering about that," I said. "Pardon me for being so intrusive, however I noticed him seeing you off, and was rather surprised that you didn't invite him. The fact that he came to the isand with you rejects the obvious conclusion, that you left him behind to tend to Ravnoia,"
Sharon just kept quiet.

[Raven]

"Adam was shot at three days ago. The weapon of choice was a dart with an fluid that knocked him out for several hours. On the side of the dart," Raven said, still glaring at Diz, "was the word 'Ametris.'"

[FoxTrott]

Fox squirmed in her seat, resisting the urge to spin her chair in circles. It had a calming effect on her, but it also made her look stupid. Raven's demeanor unnerved her, and Crow simply unnerved Mimi. The secretary slid her chair a bit closer to Fox, who was about to reply to Miss Rave's question when Diz walked in.

"Why would Diz have any reason to attack your fiance?" Fox questioned, "He hasn't done anything aside from ask your hand."

"If anybody would attack Adam," Mimi whispered, leaning closer to her leader, "it would be Crow..." She paused as she waited for Fox to stop snickering. "Even then, why not use a lethal poison, instead of just knocking him out? This doesn't make sense."

"Nothing makes sense in politics," Fox whispered in response, smirking.

[Raven]

Raven shifted her eyes to glare at Fox. "You really believe that the only reason to attack someone is because they did something, Fox? There are any number of reasons. To start a war, to make me mad. Maybe she thought it was indeed lethal. Perhaps she wishes to weaken Ravonia. The fact remains that Adam was attacked and I intend to find out if it was indeed Diz or if someone framed her," she hissed.

[Dokeshi]

Crow spun in his chair, he didn't really care what the others thought of him before speaking," I wouldn't be surprised if Diz would do something like that, She doesn't seemed to be the brightest crayon in the box that's for sure."

[Gifted]

"Do you realy think diz would be stupid enough to put her country name on the dart?" Sharon inturrupted.
"Sharon has a point," I said, abandoning my attempts to be formal as the rest of them had seemed too.
