[Diz]

Diz thought about what to say for a second.
"Well, this definitely isn't normal, so someone should probably send someone over there to check on Fox. I can do that if you don't want to send anyone, just in case it's dangerous."

I almost sighed. This pretty much cleared her as a suspect. There was still a chance, of course, but it was doubtful. There were so many things that MIGHT be able to explain it -power outages, broken or malfunctioning cameras- that Diz could've taken the easy way out by pacifing her with any one of them. "I already asked C-crow if he could send someone out there, his transportation is fastest." Suddenly there was a beeping fronm the communications room. "Oh that must be him now, I've got to go. I'll call you back when I find out whats going on, Kay? Be right back," I hung up.

[Diz]

Diz looked at her phone for a moment before hanging up. Considering everything that happened, Crow probably did know something. She prepared herself for more acting.

[Diz]

It was taking Gifted quite a while to call back and Diz was becoming impatient. After she waited for a few more minutes, Diz decided she'd just send some men over anyways. She went back up to the palace and asked some of her solders (over the phone) if they could go check on Forli. She made sure to sound flustered and worried. They, of course, accepted her request and sensing something was wrong hurried to Forli. Satisfied, she waited for either Gifted or the solders to call back.

Sayoko went and dialed Dizs phone number

[Diz]

Diz was sitting on her bed when her phone rang. It was Gifted. Diz answered in a tearful, shaky sounding voice.
"He....hello?" she sniffled a bit.

[Gifted]

"Good afternoon, Queen Diz. It is my painful duty to present you with a messege from her Highness Princess Sarteena Gifted. She has wished me to inform you," here she cleared her throat, and spoke with the manner of someone reciting from memory or reading a piece of paper. "Crow called me back. Forli has been blown up by some enemy force. As far as we know, Fox is dead."

[Diz]

Diz stayed silent for a second.
"Y....yes.. I discovered that not too long ago myself......Crow was waiting there and he...he killed the solders I sent over there to check on her...." She started "crying". Luckily she was a good actor.

[Gifted]

Alarm flickered on Sayoko's face for a split second. "Very well. I shall inform Princess Sarteena Gifted of this. That is all," she hung up, but decided it best not to disturb me at the moment. She'd tel me when I was in better condition.

[Diz]

Diz had been waiting on the bed when a solider came running in yelling to turn on her TV to Panem's news channel. She had been listening to the last few seconds of Gifted's speech when it was announced that Fox was still alive. Diz looked up at Sebastian.
"Sebby, can you leave me for a second? I'm going to change." He left.
She disarmed herself and changed into a purple dress with a square neckline, capped sleeves, a black waist belt with a yellow buckle, black leggings and yellow flats. Satisfied that she was appropriately dressed to meet with other counties, she let Sebastian back in.
"Well......" Diz sighed and looked up at Sebastian.
"I guess I'll just have to get her some other way now." She smiled.

It had been quite a while since Diz really did anything. She had basically just sitting back and watching the other countries while, of course, taking care of her own. She had also managed to keep Crow's little breakdown at Forli quiet, saying that the solders had died from some chemicals left over from the explosion. The bodies went "missing" for a while so they would decompose to the point that it was hard to tell that they had been stabbed, but they were cremated just in case. Now that the uproar from those deaths had died down, Diz decided it was about time to get going on her plan again. She hadn't planed for Fox to live but that was a mistake that she would be sure not to make again. Now that everyone was well aware that there was someone else out there with such a dangerous weapon, Diz had to be more careful. She dialed Sebastian's number. He answered.
"Your highness."
"Sebby, can you inform our agent that he can proceed with the plan?"
"Right away."
"Excellent. Oh, and remind him what happens if he fails."
"I will your highness." She hung up.
Diz put her phone back in her pocket and sighed, Fox was becoming a nuisance. But if she didn't take care of Fox first it could jeopardize the plan. Other wise she wouldn't have even bothered with her. "I guess I can wait some more...."

Diz's agent had been laying low and nothing much had happened, that was until Raven's announcement for another leader meeting. Diz had been thinking about maybe making an alliance with someone, for her own gain, but decided that she'd only do that if someone else wanted her to. So, Diz made all the preparations she normally would for any other normal leader meeting and continued to attend to her own country until the 12th.

[Rachel]

Rachel's messenger, Molly, arrived at Diz's country first. The boat she had taken was small and run-down looking, but it was good enough for her.
"Stay here, unless something happens, okay?" she told the sailor.
"Yes, ma'am," he replied, saluting. Molly smiled.
"Good. Hopefully I don't get arrested or something," she smiled slightly and left the cabin, hugging her jumper around her body nervously.

[Diz]

Border Controll was there meet Molly when she got off the boat. They asked for passport and ID.

[Rachel]

"I'm here to see Queen Diz," Molly said, ignoring their request. She pulled up her sleeve to show the Rillian royal crest tattooed on her wrist. Only Rachel's generals and leaders were permitted to have the tattoo - it was a punishable offence.
She didn't say any more, not wishing to give away anything that would identify her here.
