[Diz]

The fourth leader was Diz. The middle of her country would be around 40 degrees latitude, top would be about 65 latitude, and bottom 25 latitude (all according to our maps). The width would be about 90 degrees of longitude if we were using degrees to measure. To make that simpler, it would be about the size of Asia.
Her country was fairly diverse in it's climate and geography but consisted mostly of wet, temperate climates. The people there were also fairly diverse because the size of the country and mountainous terrain separated them to a large degree. In each location, the people had adapted accordingly to their surroundings, even so, the country was very unified as a nation. Even though Diz was a dictator, the government was similar to a republic. This gave the people a fair amount of freedom, keeping them happier. Happier people meant they would be more loyal and less likely to go against government. The people had technology, but knew very well how to survive in the wild. Their education was good, and important in the culture, but not to an extreme level. They also had a large many different religions, some monotheistic, others polytheistic. Their military was also strong, it also had an extremely strong navy and air force. Comparable to ancient Athens military, but modern.
Also, the people there loved, and revered the wolf. The country's climate and topography allowed the wolf population to thrive. Wolves were everywhere. Even so, this didn't cause problems for the people, the wolves stayed in the wild and the other animals that they consumed were enough to support the population. It was also illegal to kill wolves unless in self defense (there's only been 8 cases like this in the county's history.) or unless it was an accident.

[Diz]

Diz closed her eyes for a minute to try and rest her eyes. She would have gone to bed, but she was in an elevator going about a mile underground at 30 miles per hour with Sebastian at her side. The cab started to slow as they reached their destination and the doors opened. Diz stepped into what looked like an airplane hanger but instead of planes, it was filled with hundreds of different weapons. Most off them were stacked in rows or on shelves. Near the middle of the room was the dome that Diz had showed all the leaders before at the last meeting. She stood and stared at it for a minute before Sebastian came and taped her on the shoulder.
"Your highness, the preparations have been made and we're ready to attack."
"Yes....thank you Sebby. Can you fetch me the commander?" Sebastian bowed to Diz and ran off to find him.
He returned seconds latter with Commander Zack and his assistant Cody. He saluted.
"I'm ready to put the plan into action, Commander. You've my permission to proceed." The commander scurried off with Cody following close behind.
Not seconds latter, a hole larger than the dome opened up in the ceiling above to reveal a glass window keeping the sea from flowing into the hanger. The floor under the dome rose up into the ceiling and the dome disappeared as the ceiling closed back up again. Sirens went of and people started yelling commands to each other as the floor started to shake. The shaking stopped with a final "BOOOOSH" as the missiles in the dome flew out to find their target. Diz smiled to herself as she casually walked to the control room to check the progress of Fox's definite destruction.

She watched the little green dots get closer and closer to the large red blob on the bleeping screen until finally, the green dots hit the red blob. The red blob was reduced to almost nothing but specks. Finally, Diz was satisfied.

After I finished with crow, I thought for a minute. I wondered if any of the other leaders had anything to do with this. Raven wouldn't, she liked Fox. And Crow was too busy bedding his mistress to have anything to do with it. But Diz and Rachel, i was suspicious of. I dialed Diz's number on the phone, waiting for her to awnser.

[Diz]

Sebastian felt Diz's phone vibrate in his pocket.
"Your Highness, you've got a call." he handed her the phone. Diz answered.
"Hello."

"Hey Diz it's Gifted," I said conversationally.

[Diz]

"Oh, hey Gifted." said Diz in a pleasant, smiley voice.

[Gifted]

"Hey, have you been watching the Forli International News Channel? It's weird, it just sort of, blacked out."

[Diz]

"I haven't been watching it really.....wait, it went black? Just....poof! Without warning?" asked Diz.

[Gifted]

"Yeah! Tottally black, like, I dunno, a power outage or something. Is it just Panem? Does it work on your TV?" I questioned worriedly

[Diz]

"I dunno....let me check. Just a sec." she covered the microphone.
"Sebastian, turn on the TV to Forli's channel...thingy? Like Gifted said, the channel was black.

[Gifted]

"Well, did it work? What do you thinks going on over there? I'm a little worried about Fox.." I sounded like I was going to freak out.

[Diz]

Diz uncovered the mic.
"Yup. It's not working over here either. Let's just call her and see what's going on."

[Gifted]

"I already tried that!" I cried, my voice going an octave higher. This wasn't completley true, I'd called the News station, not Fox, but I was trying to get Diz to take the easy way out.

[Diz]

"When you called, did you get the answering machine or did it say her phone was "out of service"?" asked Diz.

[Gifted]

"O-out of service,"
