"N-n-not really," Fox replied, shaking her head. She was a bit dazed from the experience. "I just wanted to show you th-this place... It really is beautiful... B-but, we should head to the capital... It's a long walk, though, but I'd be fine, it's more time we have together, unless you don't want to walk..."

I'm fine with walking he pulled her closer, so she was right next to him with her head on his shoulder and walked with her. ( sorry if that's uncomfortable to you Fox... you can go ahead and skip to capital )

Fox closed her eyes, and smiled. It was so nice, being able to get away from everything, not to mention being able to do it with someone. She didn't bother bringing the umbrella with her; they would get soaked anyway.

Many miles later, they were at the capital. The moon had risen just barely above the horizon. Fox ignored her aching feet, and motioned with her hand around her. "Essence," she proclaimed, "Capital of Forli... Sometimes I wish it was all rain forest. It's so beautiful, and all the fauna... But, civilization intervenes..." Fox sighed, and looked up at Crow. She blushed before she could speak, and turned away. "Um, th-th-th... Th-thank you, by the way..."

"What for?" eh smiled slightly," your feet must be tired aren't they? Crow hooked an arm under her leg and carried her the rest of the way, unlike most of the people in Southern Talesworth his body was a bit more sturdy. He enjoyed himself and wanted to let Fox get off her feet for a bit, he also wanted to piss off her secretary but that was just an added bonus. "So which one's yours?"

Fox squealed happily when Crow picked her up, and couldn't help but laugh. "F-follow this road," she said, stuttering not in embarrassment, but in amusement. "You can't miss it. It's the big, government-looking building, with the fox statue out front... Don't ask me who sculpted it, I think it was someone with too much time on their hands... I-I think I want to travel by Crow all the time..."

" But I'll get tired out if you're riding me all the time." He stuck his tongue out at her and georged her, while still holding her, he then continued down the road, when he arrived at her building and pushing in with his back. He spoke very loudly once inside," We're home!" to get the secretaries attention, he would prefer if she got mad at him and left Fox alone.

Mimi jumped. Unfortunately, she was stationed in the lobby, which was the first place visitors saw. "You!" she exclaimed, jumping out of her seat and pointing at Crow, "You took her away, didn't you? Madame Fox, are you all right? I'll make sure he's never allowed in Forli again, I'll station guards at all the ports, and make sure his face is on a wanted poster all over the country. I'll--"

"I'm fine, Mimi," Fox replied, still happily in Crow's arms. Her secretary stopped ranting, but gained an "I don't believe you" expression.

"I brought your daughter home safe and sound Mrs. Trott, you didn't tell me when her curfew was though I hope I didn't keep her out too late." He smiled and laughed before letting Fox on the ground and kissed her cheek.

Fox smiled, and leaned her head on Crow's shoulder.

"I can't believe you," Mimi said, walking up to Crow, "At all. Whisking Fox away to some place and bringing her back when it's dark outside--I can't! You act like this is all a joke, this is all casual, but it's not. This is the real world, where Fox could've been kidnapped and raped, and I could've sent out the entirety of the Forlian military to attack Talesworth to get her back!"

"So, you're saying I should tell you where I'm going next time?" Fox asked, smirking.

"No, you and your friend should simply stay apart." Fox's smirk disappeared at Mimi's statement.

[Dokeshi]

That had irritated Crow," She was completely fine ms. secretary I assure you." He stood his ground," You should let her relax a bit, I'm sure she's overworked in the bland, stuffy place. And for you to think of me as an animal with no control." the next thing she noticed was Crow next to her with a blade sprouting from his jacket a centimeter away from her neck. "If I was an animal like you suggested you would be dead by now." He put the blade away and smoothed out his clothes and adjusted his top hat.

Mimi stood her ground after the flurry of movement, not even flinching. Once she saw Crow put the blade away, she smacked him across the cheek, and stalked back to her desk. Fox looked up at Crow, over at Mimi, and then back up at Crow.

"I-I'm sorry," she said softly, returning to her embarrassed state, "B-but, thank you for not hurting her... M-Mimi m-means well, she's just... Gosh, I-I'm sorry..."

[Dokeshi]

He probably could have moved but Crow took the full force of the slap, his cheek red, he turned to Fox,"It's okay Fox...I should probably go though...I don't want you to get in trouble for me...as long as she hates me hopefully you don't get scolded, oh and I remembered the candy I promised." He smiled and handed the candy to her and kissed her forehead.

Fox took the candy, and held it gently in one hand, as if she were afraid she would break it. "Th-th-th... Th--!" She took a deep breath, and managed to compose herself. "Th-thank you, Crow..." She hugged him, losing herself in his embrace. Mimi rolled her eyes, and scowled, signing paperwork with increased anger.

He hugged her back and kissed her one last time before leaving, once he was outside he walked slowly, admiring the sky.

Fox stood there, watching Crow leave through the glass doors. She snapped out of her trance, and ran outside. "G-good-bye, Crow!" she called, waving to him. Mimi ran after her, and pulled her back inside.

"You're the worst leader I know," Mimi stated.

"Screw you," Fox replied. With a choice finger and a wave, Fox was off into the empty meeting room to review the previous meeting's notes (read as: take a nap).
