Ravonia

[Gifted]

Dominic, who'd spent the last few days finding a home and, when that was done, getting to know Ravonia, had been strolling along until he'd heard the voices. He'd ducked behind a building, and was now thoughroughly stunned. "Non-lethal weaponry? You mean that thing is authorized to kill people in Talesworth?" When Crow's robot pat out the sleeping gas, Dominic cupped his hands over his mouth and ran, cursing himself for being a slow runner, but glad he was getting to know the streets better and knew how he could probably lose that thing if it decided to pursue him.

[Raven]

Kenny smiled slightly, still looking at the ground. "I am quite sure of who I am, I assure you. As for your request, when you get Ravonia guards here and they insist I produce identification, I will," he replied. "Until then, I believe I am inside the law, as there is nothing saying I cannot be here at this time. Maybe in Talesworth they don't have the same beliefs as here, but we have a firm holding with the phrase, 'innocent until proven guilty.' We also enjoy that we have rights to whatever is not strictly forbidden. I would like to know, though, what gives you the idea you can come here and start running the place?" He had his hands on his dagger hilts in case the men chose to attack.

Martina was the first to crumple, but the others soon followed. Alexa, on the other hand, had circled around and was just far enough to be out of range. "You know," she called to the robot, "if you continue this you'll be sure to piss Raven off. She doesn't take kindly to finding that her people are being attacked by her allies. It was probably Talesworth who knocked Adam out, or killed him."

[Dokeshi]

the guards looked to each other and then took a step back, silenty murmering to each other, not sure of what to do. Crow had never trained his men in any other form of law other than his own.
The robot looked at Alexa oddly and spoke," Something happened to Mistress Raven's fiance? How did you even get this information anyway?"

[Raven]

"Yeah, and if you think I'm stupid, you're mistaken. You're obviously somewhat intelegent and have the ablility to remember some things, so why is it you try to hide that anything happened when you were the one who carried him back to the capital building?" Alexa snapped.

Kenny's grin widened. "I'm sorry if you feel you must stick your nose into everyone's business, but I'm doing no one harm, therefore, I have every right to be here," he said. He was becoming thuroughly confident that these men knew nothing of Ravonia law, which would be their downfall.

[Dokeshi]

"Scanning memory logs... It appears as though I was not functioning on auto-pilot mode during said events. However, from the memory log it shows only myself and mistress raven...how did you obtain this information?" The robot took a step closer.
Over by the building the two were conversing among themselves, useless beyond belief, it didn't even appear they remembered about Kenny right next to them at this point. They looked back to him and then spoke," Well we will be doing no one harm in detaining you will we? We may not be savvy on the laws here but that can be quickly fixed." One of the guards went away to search for someone from Ravonia.

[Raven]

Kenny's eyes flashed. "Why are you even here? What makes you so desperate to hold me in custody?" he asked, using the shadows so he could watch them, but have his face still hidden. "I have a family to care for, I certainly don't have time for this."

Alexa laughed cruelly. "Maybe you don't get it, but I'm sure anyone even slightly intelegent would," she replied. Not on auto-pilot? Someone was controlling it, then. Crow has eyes and ears here right now, she thought.

[Dokeshi]

"Then feel free to explain it for me." The robot was looking at her still

The guard looked at him before continuing," Why is it that you keep hiding your face? And if you would like I could escort you to your family to help you get there faster." The other guard began asking around about the laws and customs of Ravonia.

[Raven]

Alexa rolled her eyes. "Well, it was decided that the kid wasn't drunk. Adam wouldn't have let him get that close to Raven if he could stop him. News travels fast here," she said. At least she was keeping the robot busy.

Kenny's saphire eyes, so unique, bore into the guard. "Do you want to see my face?" he asked, hands tightening on the dagger hilts.

[Dokeshi]

The robot looked at her and then spoke again," Hmm I suppose that is true... may I ask exactly what was going on here when I showed up?"

The first guard shood his head at kenny," I was just curious is all." The second guard came to a civilian and began speaking to them," Excuse me, sorry for taking your time but what can you tell me about your government here? How far would someone need to go to be arrested or something similar. Or maybe just things that shouldn't be done in general if you could."

[Raven]

"I suppose you could call it a kind of gang fight. Me and Sean have been at it for years. It's kinda personal, ya know?" Alexa said, running her fingers through her hair in a way that showed off her scars. Three slanted lines across her face.

Kenny shrugged. "If you say so."

The civilian, a girl of aroud 16, glanced up. Fright was evident on her face as she quickly looked back at the ground. "It's no problem," she muttered. "There are various offences. To be arrested they would have to interfere with someone else's freedoms. Stealing, maiming, and other forms of assault are not permitted. We must attend school at least until we are fifteen, and there are schools that continue for those older than that if they so desire to attend. Some forms of technology aren't permitted and some are only avalible for a certain purpose. We can go almost anywhere we wish, although there are some places that are forbidden without explicit permission, such as the interior of the obsidian house. We have total freedom of religion, but we are not permitted to perform human sacrifice, or break any other law under the protection of our beliefs. Hunting requires a lisence, which can be obtained only under certain circumstances. If there is anything in particular you would like to know, please ask," she answered hurriedly.

[Dokeshi]

The robots eyes flashed for a few seconds and then it spoke," From what I can tell that is a violation of laws, or am I mistaken?" The robot crouched, slowly turning into the color of the ground.
The man nodded to the girl and thanked her before heading back tohis companion who was speaking to Kenny again," My companion should be back with more knowledge of your laws anything you might want to confess before he gets here?"

[Raven]

"It's not if they fight back," Alexa replied with a snort.

"I haven't done anything wrong," Kenny replied.

[Dokeshi]

" The robot stuck something to the ground and crawled behind her it spoke from the newly implanted device from his preveious location," I'll go after them next, I'll take you all in."

The guard nodded and the second guard soon came into view speaking to Kenny," Were you about to enter this building?"

[Raven]

Kenny laughed. "Yeah, right! That is the most heavily guarded place in the country, even if I had help I'd never get in. If I so much as walk towards the doors I'll be swarmed," he replied.

"We've done nothing wrong! That would only be illegal if outside forces were involved. We didn't damage anything, or hurt anyone on the outside," Alexa protested. "We stopped when ordered to, so therefore, we are perfectly within the law and you can't apprehend us!" The guard approached them.

[Dokeshi]

The guards lookedat Kenny and nodded," Fine we'll leave you alone sorry for wasting your time." He patted Kenny on the shoulder and lightly brushed his neck before walking away.

The robot crouched down lower as a guard approached.
