Frozen lands of Crow's dominion.

The board made an electronic buzzing as it raced through the streets of this city. It was a huge area yet she hadn't seen any people. Though she didn't expect much to be out in this weather. It was warmer then her normal daily environment but at these speed it would freeze anyone's heart, though that was what most said, their first female leader in almost a century and she seemed to have a soul of steel and eyes at match. Though they could not be seen through the thick eye covers. Nothing else could be seen on her, not only because being covered head to toe in thick fur clothing but because her method of transportation was moving to fast. The hover-glider, the idea had been with her people for years but this one she was riding, as were the two male warriors on each side of her, was different, it needed no metal to float and all she needed to pull it with were fervals, as this land called them at least. "Yeh!' she yelled and the animal pulled her glider faster than before, and her two guards followed behind.

After what seemed like days a riding she had reached her goal. Their main building. She wasn't fond of their ways in the city, their diplomacy, but it was needed to get one of her people back and an excuse to see enemy territory.

As they reached the door to the large building she detached the freval and it ran forward, knocking down the door "Ai!"she yelled and it ran back, the magnets in the rope reattaching itself to the glider. Her Warriors slowed their pace a followed her into the building. "Anyone here?' she aid aloud, in a taunting voice.

[Gifted]

"Crow," Kanon said, getting down onto one knee with his arm out in front of him in a sign of respect as the two girls bowed (Girls in Panem are not taught to curtsy).
"Princess Sarteena Gifted sends her regards," Linia said respectfully. "And would like to request a peace treaty between this country and Panem."
As they straightened up and Kanon stood up, Rachel continued. "She requests nothing more than the ability to request trades of knowledge. She is particularly interested in scientific knowledge, however she mayy also request to trade geographical or military Knowledge. Of course you are free to refuse any time she asks,"
"You will be able to ask for the exchange at anytime as well, though Gifted also will have the right to refuse at anytime," Kanon added.
"If either your country or Panem are involved in a war, the peace treaty entitles you to obtain troops from Panem, or the Princess from you, with the exception of when either you or she is allied with the country the other is fighting, so you do not need to sever any other political ties," Rachel continued. When she was pretty sure that was everything, she looked meaningfully at Linia.
"Also, as proof that Princess Sarteena Gifted is fully commited to the alliance of our nations she has sent you a gift, a new piece of technology from Panem," Linia reached into her back pocket and pulled out a LoDICS and gave it to Crow. "Princess Sarteena has instructed us to show you how to work it, unless you would prefer to learn how to use one by yourself. We call it the LoDCIS, or Long-Distance Communications System. The LoDICS will soon replace phones in Panem, but for now are a heavily Top-Secret developmentknown only by Princess Gifteds inner circle. This one will be left with you, to use or learn how it works, Princess Gifted does not mind. Of course, you will still be able to keep it should you reject the peace treaty,"

[Dokeshi]

Crow faced them smiling and nodded," Of course I accept this treaty however, I would like to ask that you do not bow to me anymore, or anyone else from Panem for that matter. I will gladly accept the LoDICS and would like to know first if she's encountered any bugs so far?My egg-heads would love to get their hands on this." He examined it for a minute and then continued," seems odd for Gifted to give me technology and offer such a lenient treaty... I won't ask you for what she really wants and won't believe you if you say she doesn't want anything. Although it wouldn't seem right to let you go empty handed not only will I allow you to rest here I'll give you something to bring back to your princess." He ruffled through his coat pockets and pulled out a treat of some sort," This is a product made especially for me...I don't rember if she had a sweet tooth or not but this treat stimulates your taste buds and it will taste absolutely perfect to the consumer, without making you fat either...it's not much but she'd expect something as random as this from me so please give this to your princess."

Over in the council building three people walked down the stairs, one was the highest ranking council member and the other two were people clad in black with clown masks on, impossible to tell their genders apart. The council-woman looked over to the newcomer and spoke to her," Yes, is there something specific that you needed? Crow has instructed us to welcome any and all who wish to visit us."

[Gifted]

Kanon gglanced at the two girls and sighed. "Aw heck, we may as well tell him,"
Linia looked uncomfortable about this and Rachel started to say something about them not being authorized to reveal such information but Kanon cut her off beginning to explain. "To tell you the truth, Princess Gifted is sending identical peace treaty's to all the worlds leaders, but she was most worried about your acceptance. Scientists in Panem are undergoing a top-secret expiriment under the Pincess Sarteena's personal management. According to our most advanced scientists, we've hit a dead end. Our technology just isn't compatable with the results we want. I obviously can't get into any details, but the Princess thinks your technology is advanced enough to overcome the obstacles we're facing. Because of this she is very concerned about your acceptance and felt such a gift would show that she is fully committed to the alliance,"
Linia looked overher shoulder, hearing noises outside. "It sounds like you have visitors, we shouldn't be keeping you," she said, about to bow before remembering his request and stopping herself. "The LoDICS system is perfectly sound, there is no bugs that we have encountered,"
"No, Linia, there was that one," Rachel corrected. "If two people are on a line leading to the same place at the same time, sometimes they can hear each other, though that is technically not supposed to happen,"

[Dokeshi]

" I'll see to it that this bug gets fixed...I'll talk to her about her secret project later... if you wish to take one of my creatures to get home faster feel free to. Whatever your decision have a safe trip." He waved goodbye and turned towards the council chamber gesturing for his guards to follow, his thumbs were prepared to pull the strings on his jacket to release the two blades under his arm just in case he would need to defend himself.

[Gifted]

"Thank you, Crow!" They said as they walked out, muttering each other. Kanon was the only one who's words were spoken loud enough to be caught. "Oh shut up Gifted was gonna tell him soon enough anyways,"
They did choose to use one of crows creatures, since their speed would be greatly appreciated back home.

[Sar]

She stepped off her glider and her two guard followed her lead and stood beside her. She pulled off her mask. Underneath was short hair and green blue eyes. Her face was pale from being raised in the snow but her features were strong. "I have come to talk diplomatically, though there seems to be little to talk about." She pause and walked closer "but if I am to sink to this level I would like to at least talk to your king." She made eye contact, her eyes almost seeming like ice.

[Dokeshi]

the council woman nodded and gestured to oneof the guards next to her, who quickly dashed out outof the door. She looked to the intruder and spoke calmly," He should be here soon.". Indeed the guard quickly came to Crow who simply nodded and spoke," I was just about yo head out there anyway." Crow headed off to the council-building, at a leisurely pace of course. He soon walked in, slightly eating a truffle from his pocket, the same kind as he gave to Gifted's people,It was risky to eat these but they were so good. He walked in the clown, masked person trailing close behind and spoke," Welcome guests what seems to be the issue here?"

[Sar]

"I am here to discuss the return of on of my men and a problem we are having with land," She got straight to the point, no more formal speaking then she had to do. She hated this language and the cultures that came with.

[Dokeshi]

"So you are basically saying you want land down here for you and your people to live in? That's fine by me...anything else?" Crow was about halfway done with the candy he had and wrapped it back up in the foil before pocketing it.

[Sar]

Sar looked at him wondering what was wrong, was their leader so truly...an idiot? Giving away land with just an enemies simple request. "My man," she said "He came down here to..."she paused to think of the word "Research and he has not yet return. Along with that I would be...interested to discuss trade with you,"

((Imagine her to kinda have an accent kinda like a Russian one. Her tribes language is not Russian but they speak in that tone. Alsoo every time there is a ... it is her thinking of what word to use))

[Dokeshi]

"I don't think I've seen him... I could help you find him however, and what do you by trade exactly?" Crow had now found him self a spinning chair and sat down in it watching the person who he was speaking to.

[Sar]

Sar looked at their leader. Was this child like man really a leader of this country? She kept her cold eyes on him and said "As I have been able to tell with the time my Tribe has spent in this land not many of your people come up to the North. I am suggesting that we open a route of trade between us both. We can bring down goods from the North in exchange for goods from the south."

[Dokeshi]

"Sounds fine to me...I've always wondered what new resources are up there...you may or not know this but the last scouting team that volunteered never came back." Crow looked at her and his face was mildly serious now," I won't bother with any silly taxes either. Anything else?" He daringly took another bite of his candy truffle before stowing it away again, he limited himself to one one truffle a day.
