[Gifted]

Anything and everything that goes on in Panem is posted hear, unless it's top secret, in which case you won't know about it.

The Third leader was Gifted, a very strategical and understanding leader. Her reigon was very small, she controlled a large, disjointed contineint maybe half the size of modern-day Australia, and a three outer islands encircling it that were very much like Japan in size and shape. Theese long, slender islands were primary for military matters, covered in mountaains riddled with hidden guns, tanks, and other elements for war, all carfully constructed to protect her people, who lived on the middle island in large cities.
The people are extremley intelligent, because Gifted is very concerned about education, and keeps it at it's highest standard. They are also mostly healthy and fit people. However, Gifted is very anti-opressor and as a result has kept her people from visiting many countries because she heavily dislikes the government.
The government is an unusual type of Government Gifted herself kept in place. Her country was divided into ten sections, each with it's own head of state. The ten sections are each named after a planet, or the sun (pluto IS a planet. So there) the head of each plenat, or district (plenat is spelt like this on purpose, it's NOT planet) as well as Gifted, met to discuss political matters and come to any sort of agreement. However, when the meeting comes to an end and every side has been heard, if they cannot all come to an agreement, Gifted has the final say.

"Pierce, I don't care if you wanted a story that would hold up under investigation! The Vaughn Street Glee Club was a horrible tragedy, the media had a feild day with it, and it's a horrible stain on our country's history! I will NOT tolerate you using them for your own personal benifit."
Pierce, as per usual, just scowled at me as i dissmissed him, taking the shackles of of course.

Then my messengers to crow arrived.
"Oh wow, that was quick!" I exclamied.
"Yeah well, not only did Crow accept the peace treaty, he let us borrow one of his messed up animals to get us back and sent you a return gift as well," Kanon dug into his pockets for the candy.
"Crow accepted the peace treaty?" I said, delighted. "This is awesome! We might be able to complete the project with him helping us!"
Rachel and Linia exchanged nervous looks, but I didn't notice.
"Oh wow, what's this? A candy? Oh crow, just as randomn as you used you be," I laughed, tearing off a tiny piece and putting it in my mouth to test the flavour.
"Oh wow! This is amazing!" I said aoud.
"Crow said it was made to taste perfect to the consumer," Linia said.
"Well his scientists did a brilliant job," I said, tearing off another smal piece. I was forcing myself to eat it slow so it'd last longer though normally Id've eaten it really quickly. as the three exited, I wandsered over to my comunications room, Thinking perhaps I'd check in with Yazmin or Jared.

Munching slowly on the candy, I entered the communications room just as a little dark blue light started to flash. "Someones found something important to make an RC video out of already?" I said aloud to myself. I opeened the video to see Adam, Mistress Ravens mysterious fiance, and several others walk in. The video followed them to a point, but then stopped. then it blurred slightly, a symbol which my spies often used to show much time passing. Then the image became sharp again, along With Dominics voice asking what I made of this as the group exited, carrying Adam out as if he were unconcious. But why hadn't he been inside with Raven in the first place?
I sat down, wondering how I could show this video to Raven withoout revealing that I had spies in her country.

I was in the palace listening to music again, having put the candy away after one of my servants had suggested I save it for a special treat when something good happened. I was singing along to the music, so I wasn't tottally sure I'd really heard the beeping at first.
"Time is a valuble thing, watch it fly by as the pendulum swings, watch it count down to the end of the day the clock ticks life away it's so unreal.... huh?" Pausing my music, I got up to make sure the message light was indeed flashing. I wondered what spy had found me the information... or if it was just the impunctual ones like Yazmin finally checking in.
I thought about it as I walked to the communications room. Yazmin was usually pretty punctual, one of my bbest spies, though mainly because she changed her personality so easily, something she now hated. She would never talk about it, but most of the spies were in my inner circle, which all slept in the palace (its pretty fricking big, the palace I mean) and once, looking for something I'd left with her, I'd heard her mumbling in her sleep about masks, and how there were "Too many masks," and she "Couldn't find her real face," poor girl. But still. What could have held her up?
I walked into the communications room and patched myself through to.. apparently Yazmin.
"Requesting recall," she said without hesitation. "Sorry I took so long, I was captured by group of thugs almost as soon as I landed, look at these," She began to play a video that sent shivers down my spine. The fight was cut out, but Yazmen showed me the next video, which was just basically her running out bt was probably filmed in case i showed it to someone who recognised the building. Like Rachel. "I'll think about it," I told Yazmin. "In the meatime, find out all you can on this grooup. It's probably those rebels Rachel was threatining earlier, but she mustt have been bluffing about knowing where they were if they're confident enough to kidnap random forgeiners,"
"Understood. Yazmin Out," she said, cutting the connection. I would sift through it tomorrow, but for now I just went back to my room to listen to my music and then go to bed. "Didn't look out below, watch the time go right out the window, Tryin to hold on, to didn't even know, I wasted it all just to watch you go...."

[Gifted]

"I wanna heal, I wanna feel, What I thought was never real, I wanna let go of the pain I've felt so long... Oh what NOW?" I snapped, as the beeping started again. Pausing my music, I got up and went back to the communications room. She opened up the communications line. "I thought I said not to contact me after.. oh heyy crow!" I said, surprised. I'd assumed it was one of my spies contacting me very late at night, something I'd made it clear they were not to do. "I see you've figured out how to use the LoDiCS system I gave you already," I smiled. "Whats up?"

[Dokeshi]

"Oh so I did get it right, first and foremost I need to tell you about the candy it's the more important thing I'm going to talk about....don't eat it all at once it might taste good but it has some very...unpleasant side effects...if you got your hands on two and ate them within a few hours of each other your stomach acid will become very interesting and dissolve through you...the other thing I want to talk about is about your secret project.

"Well, you could have told me that a little sooner, couldn't you?" I laughed. "Well, lucky me my maid offered to put it away and save it for some other time when I was halfway through, I should be fine," My eyes narrowed when He mentioned the project. I pulled up my sleeve to reveal a tiny wristwatch, something that, along with telling me the time, had a button I could push to summon a servant. Much more useful than a simple bell by the bed. I pushed it and said "Get Kanon, Linia and Rachel waiting for me, I need to have words with them," before turning back to Crow. "Sorry about that. Um, did they mention what the project was?"

[Dokeshi]

"Not at all but I'd be more than willing to help...depending on what it is.." Crow trailed off.

[Gifted]

I nodded. "It's a sort of genetic engineering project we've been testing for some of my inner circle. According to our scientists the project is physically possible, but ahead of it's time by our technological standards. That's why I'm going to need your help to complete it,"

[Dokeshi]

"Can't say I haven't thought of the idea myself...I've slightly utilized it.. didn't want to create abominations just yet...I'll share my work with you and help progress it if you want" Crow was speaking seriously right now.

[Gifted]

"Really? Well thats encouraging," She smiled. "What have you been able to do thus far? We're on the verge of fusing two living creatures, but that's not precisely what we were going for, so we're trying to work around that sort of thing, no use doing it if we don't have too... How about your attempts?"

[Dokeshi]

Crow called over one of his elite guards before speaking," I created the Piero using these techniques...although I did add a bit of machine into them to make sure they were obedient enough. The extent of which I went to doesn't change their physical appearance too much but it would be noticeable underneath their battle armor... these guards are at least 5 times stronger than any of my civilians would be if they were not frail due to their lifestyle."

[Gifted]

"Now thats impressive, but not precisely what we were going for either... Have you been able to fuse a person with any sort of natural substance? Water or Plants, for example?" she sighed. "Alot of my inner circle are particularly interested in Fire, though I can't imagine why..." She was coming dangerously close to revealing exactly what she was doing, and she trailed off there, not wanting to say any more. Knowing Crow, he'd probably already guessed anyway.

[Dokeshi]

Smiling slightly Crow replied," Not yet... you know me Gifted I'm incredibly lazy...I might have gotten to that next month if you weren't interested in it." He seemed to emphasize her name more than usual.

[Gifted]

I almost bit my lip, hearing him over emphasize my name. Giveaway....
"You're funny Crow," I said, half-sarcastically. "We've tried once or twice, but after several failed attempts we were forced to stop. I Can send over my data to you if you want. Then you can make adjustments as you please and send it back and I';ll tell you if it works... it's ended up being rather dangerous I don't want to harm any of your scientists or civilians, which is why I would prefer to do the testing myself."
