Sean flopped down on a bed, sighing heavily. In the other room, Kenny grinned. "Very close indeed. Tonight, it begins," he murmured to himself.

Crow rested his head on his hands and thought raced through his mind including," I'm not sure what plan they were talking about earlire...I'll try and keep a close watch of the city."

Joan filled out the form, thankful it didn't want anything she hadn't prepared for.
The letter I had written to Diz read as follows: To Queen Diz,
First, I would like to thank you for returning Pierce Deshanko to Panem. I'm not sure if we'd have ever caught him if he had gone to any other country, I've noticed the other world leaders don't seem to watch their boarders very well, something I intend to bring up next meeting. As I assume you are as concerned about the well being of Amestris as I am for Panem, I am sure you will agree any sort of war among our peoples would be pointless. Therefore I am sending you this letter to propose a peace treaty unifying Amestris and Panem. I will not ask for a great deal for either side to change. If you agree to the peace treaty, I will consider it perfectly fair to request an exchange of geographic, scientific and military knowledge, though it is perfectly acceptable for you to refuse when I ask. This arrangement could also work the other way, if you would like to exchange geographical, scientific or military knowledge with myself. Under circumstance that either country is caught in a war, the other country would be required to send troops to assist in the fight unless the country has a peace treaty with both fighting nations. If you agree to the peace treaty and comply with the above conditions, please meerly sign the bottom of this letter and return it to Panem. If you are willing to create a peace treaty but do not wish the comply with one or more of the above conditions, please send awnser to me and we may be able to compromise on the issue. Yours Sincerley Gifted Princess Sarteena and Princess of Mercury of Panem

Kenny spent the day surveying the state building once again, making sure none of the guard routs had changed. So far as he could tell, Crow and his damn robot would be the only problem. He certainly hoped he could get rid of that threat with an electric shock. Supposing Raven didn't set an extra guard up, his plan should go fairly smoothly. Besides that, the distraction could get Crow's attention well enough. He had spent the last two months plotting and re-plotting. His plan had went into action the day before when he raped that girl and let her go free, knowing they would suspect Adam. In fact, he hadn't told Sean about that part. Sean thoroughly believed the first part was to start later that day, although it had been intended he knock Adam out when he was pretending to be drunk. Sean was a great actor and a quick thinker, but he couldn't for the life of him figure out why Kenny wanted to go through with the plan. Or, for that matter, that Kenny wasn't an ordinary man.
Raven, on the other hand, spent her day discussing with Lynn possible dilemmas with the meeting in three days. She attended to other business, as well, both pleased and disappointed that no more girls showed up dead. It was seeming more and more likely that Adam really was the perpetrator.

I called one of my servants to my aid. "Yes miss?" she said. "Please get a messenger to send these letters to Rachel and Fox." I told her. "And send Linia, Rachel and Kanon to me. I want them to deliver Crow's letter specifically." "Right away, miss," My servant said, backing out of the room with the two letters, simmillar to Diz's without the first two lines and changed appropriatley for each country. Kanon, Linia and Rachel were brought into the room. "I'm sending you to Crow, not as spies but as messengers of peace, alright? you'll be escorted there as guests from Panem and are to explain the peace treaty to him. Thats all. Understand?" The three nodded, Kanon looking sullen, but Linia looking much happier. "Alright. now remember thespecifics I'm entrusting him with, we'll need technology like his to successfully complete our latest project like his, so I'm most worried about his acceptance." "Princess Sarteena," Kanon said suddenly. "Forgive me but.... isn't it risky, giving him this before he even accepts? We've finally outshot him in terms of technology on something and now we're just going to give it to him without any sort of conditions?" He looked worried, as if I was going to rebuke him.
"Your concerns are valid, Kanon, but even if we successfully negotiate this peace treaty the chances of him trusting us with his technology are nil. We need to prove that we aren't going to expect more from him than he should from us. And Kanomn, you know you don't need to speak to me like a freaking servant would if theirs no one around. Tittles don't mean a whole lot to me," I sighed. "Anyways, you guys should head out. I've got a few guards waiting for you to escort you out of the country," The three nodded and left.
Sighing, I went to change into fancier clothes for my meeting with the other princesses, hoping Jupiter wouln't freak out at the meeting again.

Fox's trusty secretary glanced out her office window. Out there in the pouring rain was Fox, twirling the umbrella happily as she walked around the courtyard. The secretary sighed, and returned to her work. It wasn't long before a rain-soaked messenger marched in the door, carrying an equally rain-soaked envelope. The secretary took the envelope, and signaled for the messenger to wait.
"Hm," said the secretary. The words were more or less legible, but she got the point. Princess Gifted wanted an alliance, just like Miss Raven. She stole another glance out the window, where Fox was blissfully unaware of the proposed alliance. She grabbed a pen from her desk drawer, and signed the letter before handing it back to the messenger.
"My signature's as good as hers," she explained before the messenger could say anything. The messenger nodded, and departed.

Crow himself walked out to the dock and greeted the messengers from Gifted, by his side stood two robots, each held the reigns to a fervals, however these have been mutated through the years and were now made to fire their poison like cannons, the poison more like a strong acid in the mutant fervals. Bowing to the messengers Crow smiled and spoke," What brings you here?"

Diz was waiting near the front door talking with the young red-headed secretary when she got a call from Sebastian. "Scuse' me please. I need to take this call." the red-head nodded vigorously and went back to some paperwork. As soon as Diz was outside, she answered her phone. "Hey Sebby, what is it?" "Your highness was delivered a letter from Panem today. Gifted want's you to agree to a peace treaty in exchange for each others geographical, scientific or military knowledge, as well as troops during war. She also said that you could disagree to any of the terms, but she'd need to talk about it." "ohhh....." Diz paused to think. "Sebby, can you start writing a letter telling her that I'd like to agree to everything except sending troops, unless it's of dire need?" "Yes, your highness. I'll start right away." he hung up. Diz looked at her phone for a moment before walking back inside, where the secretary was eager to continue their conversation.
