[Raven]

Kenny was still in his office if Rick looked. He was looking at a picture briefly, but he put it down on his desk and went back to paper work.

[Gifted]

Rick did look, walking about and poking his head into the office briefly. "Hey, sorry, could you point me towards the door outside again?"

[Raven]

Kenny set this pen down and stood up. "Absolutely," Kenny said, leading the way up two flights of stairs very near his office, and indicating the ladder.

[Gifted]

"Thanks." Rick said. "Hey um, Mr. Clark?" He looked to Kenny. "If there's anything I can do to help out around here, just give me a holler, alright? This place is really cool, and I'd like to do whatever I can to help the other kids." He looked away, seeming a bit embarrassed, and hurried up the ladder before Kenny could answer.

Kenny smiled and followed him up. "Thank you, Rick. I'll keep that in mind. Just try to settle in first," he said.

[Gifted]

"I will." He nodded and began looking for people to make friends with. He'd seen a lot of kids looking at him curiously when he'd shown up, so he didn't imagine this would be hard.

[Raven]

A small creature bounded towards Rick and was replaced by a boy about Rick's age. He grinned. "Hi! You must be new, I'm Colin." The boy stuck out this hand. His voice was a bit chirpy.

"Hey," He greeted the cheery young boy. "My names Rick." He hesitated to take Colins hand. "Er, you're gifted, aren't you? I probably shouldn't shake your hand, my power might go off."

[Raven]

"Yeah of course! Everyone's gifted here. What's your power?" Colin asked. It didn't seem to occur to him that he was being nosy

[Gifted]

"I negate powers. It triggers automatically with skin to skin contact, so..." He awkwardly rubbed the back of his neck. "Anyway, what about you?"

[Raven]

"That's so cool! I can turn into a squirrel," Colin said. "It's not the most impressive."

[Gifted]

"Oh, that's cool." He laughed. "It suits you."

[Raven]

Colin grinned. "Yeah, people say that," he said. "I guess it does. I've been here like half a year, so I can tell you all about the school!"

[Gifted]

"Sounds good." Rick said. "Mr. Clark gave me the official tour, but I bet yours is better."

[Raven]

"Oh yeah, I know all the best places the teachers don't want everyone to know about," Colin said, grinning. "How long have you been on the run? Did Xander find you?"
