"My mother wanted me to learn at my pace." She answered. "I don't know how much you know about US politics, but my mother didn't appreciate some of the changes in the way education is done since I was a kid. She thought I would learn more overall if she taught me herself."

It was later that night when Wulf found out what Anam and Banion were doing.
"Are you sure you and Anam don't need any help with that?" Wulf heard Sasha asking Banion after dinner as he was disappearing back into his room.
"Yes, we're quite alright, Sasha."
"It's just, you know I studied accounting in school, I actually really enjoy it, and you're always so busy even with Anam and Lucas helping you... I thought, if I could help-"
"That is very kind Sasha, but it is Anam's job. I would be more than happy to have your help some other time, but it is important to me that Anam does our finances. Now, if you'll excuse us." He disappeared with Anam into his room again.
"Suck up." Valeriya scoffed under her breath.
